Friendly Driver & clean car

Flight was cancelled and airline arranged hotel stay. They also booked taxi to take us to hotel. Within seconds of them booking I had a text confirmation from taxi firm and they kept us informed by phonecall & text when the driver would arrive.
Driver was friendly and very helpful with our suitcases and my wife’s wheelchair. Vehicle was also very clean & tidy.

Room for improvement

The transport for my wife in her wheelchair and myself as a passenger arrived within 45 minutes of making the request and the journey home was comfortable and pleasant. The driver was most helpful.

I have deducted one star because my wife did not receive any text notification regarding the vehicle arrival time, tracking information or identification of the vehicle. It was fortunate that the lady who had made the booking knew the driver and said he was very good.

This was a vast improvement of the four and a half hour wait we had for a taxi from the same company the previous week for the same journey. On that occasion, the driver was also most pleasant and informed us that he had only received the details for our journey a short time before he arrived.

In my opinion, the company administration needs to pay more attention to detail when taking bookings, allocating journeys and providing information to both drivers and customers.

Luvvly driver

Luvvly driver. Helpful pleasant. Excellent driver careful, calm in heavy motorway traffic.

Good return journey too polite pleasant careful driver.

Exceptional Service

I phoned and was told the taxi would be 5 minutes it arrived on time. The driver was a very nice man and his driving was perfect, I felt very safe with him as he didn,t speed. The car was immaculately clean and smelt lovely. I would definately use this company again and ask for Matthew.
