Brilliant service

Really a great place to get quality jewelry at a great price! I got the iced khalifa watch as well and the shine is just incredible, feels like quality. The customer service is great and they helped me out quickly when i had questions regarding my order!

Very bad quality and no response support.
I bought 2 watches for around 400 euro. And after just 3 months the battery dead and also water goes easily inside it. I can also see some part of material going around under glass. My suggestion never buy from this site.
I tried to contact with support in messenger and they just play with time and never respect to customes. I send many pictures and said what happen to watch, it just damping inside the glass in the hot summer and yoy can even se inside the glasses.

Product review:
I bought the ICED CLASSIC WATCH. The quality of the watch was poor. Even for a 100$ watch. Also on other websites like Ebay you can find the same watch for 50$. It was made of plastic. When trying on, it made loud knocking sounds every time I moved my hand. This came from the plastic chain links of the arm band hit each other.

Return:
Obviously, I immediately tried to return the watch. In response, they ignored my emails. I had to raise a complaint with PayPal. They were responding very slowly and tried to weasel out of the return. They said I returned it too late, and I had to attach the screenshot of their own return policy. Then they said they didn't receive the watch. I had to provide the tracking number to prove otherwise. And after that, they said they will give me a coupon. Which is, basically, useless unless you want an overpriced piece of plastic. I am in the middle of the dispute with them and will have to escalate this with PayPal.

keine Angabe von wo die Uhr Versand wird. Meine kam aus England und ich habe 2 Wochen nach der Lieferung von UPS über 42 € bekommen!!! Für Zoll und Gebühr Vorkasse UPS!!!!!! Davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung und Versandinformationen!!! Das grenzt schon an Betrug. Die Uhr hat die ist das Geld auf keinen Fall wert!!!!!!!

Their own brand of watches are unique, and great looking, very detailed and processed with care. I ordered 2 watches from which only one really arrived to me , it was thrown in to a little cardboard box and never had like an original box to it ...
And the most expensive watch it even got sent back go sender by sender's request and NOT MINE , I wrote them on Facebook, Instagram, and emails but no answer ... honestly is the worst costumer service also ..
I hope in my life I'm never gonna encounter experience with companies lead by people like this , you guys are a total disappointment !

Horrible website, with horrible customer support that blocks you as soon as you call them out on it even if its in a light manner.

2 years ago I bought a gucci link chain that should've fit my wrist perfectly, but due to horrible connection part design and bad plastic like feeling it always fell off. Even when I got it to fit it fell of when I made certain movements.

At the same time I got a "diamond" ring that was gold/silver the gold part was so bad it crumbled of after a just a few days of wearing, Whatever the Silver was great and the ring had a great shine taht is the ONLY good experience I've ever had with this company. The shipping also took way longer than it should have.

Now 2 years later I gave the company another chance and bought a very nice looking watch (that I will never see in person because it will be shipped back) I had a coupon so I only paid 169 for the 200 euro watch.

All my "white" jewelry is white gold 90% of the time, but this watch was 925 sterling so I didn't really care, because it kinda looks the same anyway. So I bought the watch. delivery time said 3-5 days. IT TOOK 12 days to get to me. that's 4 times the given. Also I had to pay EXTRA IMPORT FEES NOT MENTIONED TO ME BEFORE. Luckily I was in the hospital and the watch is in a packet shop and going right back in 7 days.

Next the customer support I told them that I wrote them pages on pages and they did not answer. Then they said if I have a problem with a product they can connect me with someone. I said I have a problem with your business practice. Then they literally BLOCKED me from their support chat, which company does that seriously? I normaly don't write reviews on bad websites but please if you see their ads on instagram like I did 2 years ago and you wanna be iced out there are BETTER OPTIONS!!!

First the quality was good and i was happy with my watch. But then stones fell off and even a screw. I have the watch since 4 months and i have a 6 month garantuee. But streetice refuses to repair the watch.
