Disappointed
Disappointed, placed the order on the 20th November. 2 day delivery service selected and still nowhere to be seen. Promised early part of the week (27th/ 28th) still nothing turned up. Called to chase and now being told I have to wait for someone to confirm. Very frustrating - expected to install them on site last week. INVOICE

Delivery was a bit slow but not the fault of Street Solutions. The carrier did not find the address. However when I contacted Street Solutions there was not a problem about re sending. Really good customer service. Thank you.

I ordered similar items from a competitor and they came a day sooner and I could better track the delivery. My order from you came a day later and I couldnt track it. I had to use an app called Shop. I didnt like this App. However when I emailed to ask for an ETA your support department did answer politely and quickly. I was glad that I didnt have to rely completely on Shop. Overall a good experience but external communication could be improved.

Not posting to Northern Ireland.
Ordered 2 signs and was paying £15 pp
Order went through. Next day they rang to say they wouldn't post them to anywhere outside GB I'm in Northern Ireland I explained that I needed them Urgently and would pay extra for postage
But they refused. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Ordered a road sign which cost £34.99 and was automatically charged £26.99 at checkout (via ApplePay) for the cheapest economy delivery. Contacted the company believing there had been a mistake. There wasn't - that's what they charge. Delivery was by a battered old Transit. Would we use Street Solutions UK again or recommend them? No.
