Do. Not use this website the sandals are not comfortable they are cheap rubbish and are different sizes the customer services do not respond to any requests for return labels to be sent and I have had no correspondence whatsoever from them regarding my complaint it’s def a scam

If I could leave a no star review I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Awful trainers, and mow they will not reply to my emails requesting to return them for a refund.

Awful!!!! I have been emailing requesting a refund for £45.99 shoes- I’ve been offered £20 then £25 and now £30. I’ve raised a case with Paypal but don’t hold out much hope that I will get my money back!!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!

SCAM, DO NOT ORDER .Disgusting Sandals, have sent numerous emails and messages to request refund, NO RESPONSE, Reported to Trading standards, should be Reported to Police .

First time I did not check trustpilot reviews till I received the shoes. So disappointing. They are definitely not orthopaedic and have an overwhelmingly nauseating chemical smell. I was terrified to try the shoes on with no socks incase I had a reaction.The company does not bother to respond to emails so my request for a return go unresponded to. The trainers are very poorly made and the toe area looks really odd with lots of extra fabric. Have now checked Companies House and they don't exist so I feel scammed. Never again.

I can't imagine how anyone can recommend this firm. The shoes I received are poorly made, with one insole too big for the shoe. I want to send them back but cannot find a way to do so inspite of asking for a returns address twice and have had NO reply. As a consequence I have entirely wasted my money.

No way are these orthopaedic shoes, absolute cheap rubbish. One pair of shoes is about 1 inch shorter than the other pair & they are supposed to be the same size! Customer service do not reply. Like many others I wish that I had read the reviews first.

As all the other reviews, shoddy shoes poorly made no reply thus far for a refund. Kicking myself for not reading the reviews before buying! Do not even think about ordering !

Stridepure is a scam: completely agree with all comments and also annoyed I didn't check the reviews first. Will pursue refund through PayPal who managed to get Falour (another of their scam set ups) to send me tracking details.

Terrible company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!Do not order from them. They have no intention of refunding my money. Shoes are definitely not orthopaedic they are completely unsuitable for anyone with a foot problem.

bsolutely terrible service. These shoes are not a comfortable fit, hard under the heal and not supportive on the arch. I have now contacted the company 4 times for a return, they replied offering £20 refund ( for a £45 pair of shoes 🤣) they are now ignoring my emails. Unless this is rectified I would recommend staying clear . I wish I had read trust pilot reviews first .

FRAUD ALERT This company is committing identity fraud, quoting my relative's mobile phone number as their contact number on their website. This MUST be SCAM. DON NOT USE. DO NOT Trust

Oh dear just read other reviews but too late. Stridepure have taken £42.95 of my money. Shoes arrived they were very pure quality and faulty (shoe lace glued under the insole of one shoe). I have sent 3 emails and phoned twice. The phone is never answered and no replies to emails. I wish there was a way to let other people know about this firm.

Having to give one star as no 0 options… disgusting shoes,definitely not a size3 they are like boats… and as for orthopaedic 😂😂😂. They are poorly made and they smell disgusting . No reply when asking for a refund I’ve gone through my bank and also contacted trading standards. Avoid at all costs I wish I had read the reviews before buying 😡😡

I'm only giving this company one star because there isn't the option to give zero stars. DO NOT buy from them. I received the shoes two weeks after buying, even though it looks like they're based in England. They're not, they're Chinese. They promise easy returns. I tried returning as soon as I received mine as they were ill fitting, terrible quality and definitely not even comfortable let alone orthopaedic. After a long wrangle, eventually involving a dispute raised through PayPal, I got £35 of my £45.99 back. They said the rest would be incurred as a return charge, even though they said they didn't want them returned. Total scam, they should be shut down.

They have not answered my emails about a returns link , trainers are disgusting and I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews b4 purchase as by the looks of it it’s a scam and I’m heart broke to have been caught by complete thieves

Thank god I didn’t use this site, after recently being scammed by another site I checked the reviews of this one first and think I’ll carry on with my search!
