I bought 6-7 string ting over a bit more than a year time, i used every single one of them more than 2 month continuously. Only one had come off paint or colour or whatever it is, its become so discoloured and dull after just 3 weeks, (Flutter Drip Crystal Wristlet Phone Strap £55) Tried to give an honest review and also had pictures to show, never let me publish on the website, said my review need past their inspections. So i assume there wont be any bad reviews then. Anyway customer service reached out, showed pictures and order number, requested i can send to them for them to look at but no guarantee will fix it, i need to pay post and if lost its my responsibility. Was requested a paid postage , i thought at least could fix or replace this one after i spend £300+ on your products. Got refused and review never showed on their website. Disappointed with aftercare after purchased quite few , stopped purchasing ever since, when my friends knew what i experienced also stopped purchasing

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and the piece you mentioned – the Flutter Drip Crystal Wristlet – is made with genuine Swarovski crystals, which are well known for their brilliance and longevity. If they appear dull or discoloured after just a few weeks, it’s typically due to how the item has been cared for - exposure to chemicals such as acetone, cosmetics, or friction – though we completely understand your frustration when something doesn’t meet your expectations.
We do offer care and handling guidance on my site.

As part of our commitment to quality and care, we do offer a complimentary restring and replacement service for any damaged elements – using the same high-quality materials. While we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of postage to us (as noted in our policy), we always pay for tracked return shipping once your item has been repaired. We also take great care to ensure every piece is returned looking its best. And we do not charge for the elements we use in the replacement. I get restrings from clients that have had their Tings for five years ! And we always love to see them and give them a new lease on life.

Regarding your review – we never intend to silence genuine customer experiences. Our reviews are moderated to prevent spam and offensive content, not to filter out negative feedback. I’d love to personally ensure your review is published and that your voice is heard.

I have 3 String Tings

I have 3 String Tings. A Luxury Ting, a Teeny Ting and a Regular Ting. I love them all. They are great quality, so pretty and the customer service I experienced with them was really pleasant. I am very happy I shopped here and will be collecting some more Tings in the future!

Whole heartedly recommend!

Whole heartedly recommend! I came across the brand on Instagram and immediately knew I needed to own something from their collection. I sadly found out they did not ship to my country after having added my item to my basket. However, after a brief email chain with the customer service team, not only did they figure out a way to get my item to me, they also were sweet enough to provide free delivery on the order!

The product went above my expectations when I got it and the quality is definitely present! Will definitely be recommending!

I have finally received a refund after threatening legal action.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER WITHOUT READING THE BELOW.

I purchased a wristlet costing £150. The website doesn’t say that it can only be used if you have a phone case which I don’t. I bought it to take on holiday but I cannot use it.

I contacted the seller to try to return it. They did not respond quickly. By the time they responded, I was away on holiday.

They have refused to give me a refund because I was not able to return it whilst I was away. I offered to return it as soon as I had arrived home but the seller has refused to accept it. So I now have a very expensive wristlet which I cannot use.

I am writing this review so that others are not mislead and are aware of the incredibly unhelpful customer service as well as a warning not to purchase from this seller if you do not have a phone case. Their website does not state that this is the case.

I purchase items online on a very regular basis. I have NEVER come across such an unhelpful attitude or such a misleading description on a website.

Having been successfully in business for four years not only selling my high quality handmade product, but building deeply personal relationships with our community of shoppers all over the world, I can assure you, we take great pride in our customer service, quality of our product and brand overall.

I am sorry you feel you had such a bad experience - the feeling is mutual.

The tone of your emails was accusatory and hostile.

I would like to address your points for public reference:

Sorry this wasn't clear to you. 

Every single product listing has an image showing the two ways you can attach our product to a PHONE CASE - the photos on the website of the real life product also show the product displayed this way. We have successfully completed over 44,000 orders since I founded the business and I have to admit, you are the first person who has made this complaint. 

2. You did not reply quickly 

Please note, we are a small business, our response time is 48hrs or less within the working week - there is an auto-response on our email that states this and everyone who emails receives this message back. Though we often respond much sooner, as a small business, this is our guarantee. To note, we are much faster than some other major businesses. 

3. Your holiday in relations to our returns policy

You then wanted exemption for the window of returns because you had a holiday and were out of the country - this is actually entirely up to our discretion as our policy is return within 14 days - but you began issuing legal threats and became highly aggressive, this isn't how we like to intract with our customers - the action was swift from there - we wished you well, suggested you please never shop with us again and refunded you. 

4. I purchase items online on a very regular basis. I have NEVER come across such an unhelpful attitude or such a misleading description on a website.

I believe your issue was resolved, as noted, we don't like to interact this way with anyone - we are humans behind the machines and this was deeply unpleasant and unnecessary. I do suggest you have a close look at the product you are buying in future to avoid and further confusion, or write to the brand ahead of purchase - also, as an iPhone owner, I guess you may have also looked at your phone to assess where you think it would have attached to? There is clearly no place to do so and that is why we show them on cases and detail two ways to attach them WITH A PHONE CASE.

wonderful quality

They have the cutest phone and bag charms. I just bought 4 from them and they all look even better than the photos! They are not like any cheap phone charms that you see in the market. You can clearly tell the have such high quality beads and stones. I was really amazed by how gorgeous they are. Although they are expensive but you pay for the great quality and craftsmanship.

Really love them!

Really love them! I think they are really worth it once the materials and its construction is really well made, having used the same one for 3 years everyday attached to my phone.

A few beeds have been broken and lost over time, but caused by me dropping my phone too many times. Overall, they are really cute, durable, and useful!
