I used the site and had many issues with it form the video not working to not getting the video of the exclusive shows and the customer service was shocking.

I joined stripchat about a year ago and I really had fun and loved it. also I tipped many models on that site. Recently I got hacked there and was in cutiepiespanks room.
Please be careful with model you interact on stripchat.

I model on the site and whilst I love it when payers come in and interact, there are a lot of greyed out lerkers that never pay. One example is some of the greys have been on the site for over a year, or ten plus years.

I would love to see a minimum spend especially if people have been on the site free for years as surely as a business you want people spending something.

The option to cam with other models and joint earn would be useful.

I feel the site does need a shake up, because now I have more grey's than spenders and that is not good.

Though I still have issues like not being able to apologise to a model I upset and got banned. I wish that could be corrected but I cant contact to say sorry.

Stripchat's customer today have been first class. I honestly cant fault them.

I am writing this to share my extremely disappointing experience with Stripchat. My account was permanently banned without any clear explanation or proof of any violation. I reached out to support multiple times and all I received was a generic message saying they are not obligated to show any evidence or justify their decision.
I have always respected Stripchat’s rules and terms. I have invested my time, effort, and money on this platform and now they have unfairly blocked my account and kept the remaining balance, which I find unacceptable and abusive.
I want other performers and users to know how Stripchat treats its honest members. If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone. The lack of transparency and accountability is shocking.
I am still open to resolving this in a fair way, but so far, Stripchat has not provided any real answers. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before trusting this company.

I had my Stripchat account (username: yoga1130) permanently banned without any clear explanation. The reason provided was a vague accusation related to “minor safety concerns,” but I was never shown any evidence, nor was I told what specific content violated the rules. I was also not given any chance to clarify, appeal, or even understand what happened.

I had over 800 tokens in my account when it was banned, and support simply told me the funds are locked and the decision is final, made by “upper management.” They explicitly stated they are not obligated to explain their actions or provide any proof. This was already my second account banned without any meaningful justification.

I understand the importance of platform safety, but this level of zero transparency and lack of due process is unacceptable — especially when real money is involved.

If you are a user or model on this platform, be aware that your account and funds can be removed at any time with no appeal, even if you believe you are following all the rules.

Very disappointed, and I will not be using this platform again.

Stripchat and xHamsterlive appears to fall just shy of being a human sex exploitation website. I do not recommend anyone visit the site or work for the companies. Although the companies note they do not tolerate harrassment or derogtory behavior, models and users endure this repeatedly. Even when the toxic user(s) are reported, there appears to be no reprecussions because the same user(s) reappear with same derogartory behavior. Screenshots of the harrassing conversations do not appear to be worth it. This has occurred on multiple days and with multiple models. Screenshots available to share.

Never had a problem with Stripchat The cam quality is better than most sites theres a huge selection of models.

Have screenshot evidence of Stripchat allowing minors 2 - 4 years old to be sexually abused on live broadcast and mother performing sexual acts in the presence of minors.
Also have evidence of mods ignoring reports and customer service lying to VIPs

scammers have found their haven.this site is totally illegal, it is classic exploitation of prostitution since they keep a half. if you report a model for anything against their ridiculous regulationTHEY DO NOT HELP and they NEVER refund the tokens!!

I have mixed feeling about this site. There are a few girls there that are sweet and nice and take their job seriously there. There are also AI or Bot "Models" that aren't live. You can't really tell until there's a tip. It's always the same reaction no matter how much the tip. I've reported them but nothing ever came of it.

One model in particular that I hang out with, they treat her like shit. They banned her for a week one time because one of her cats casually walked through the room while she was perfoming a show. She stopped and chased the cat away, but they banned her for it anyways.

I've never had a problem with my CC being charged fraudulently. I've also never had models change the price immediately before a show. Then again, I watch how a model operates with others before I spend any tips on her/him.

Be vigilante. Keep an eye on your CC statements and be careful about which models you give your tokens to. Not all of them are honest.

As others mentioned, they have lists of things to pay for but once paid they never perform, private shows where they then refuse to do anything and you have to agree to a minimum of 10 mins so they sit there for 10 mins. I complied and they outright lied and said I was violating their standards which isn’t true and everything paid for was what was offered by the model and agreed on before payment.

Mods. Do something I have reported a profile who’s using my girlfriends video.. they are stealing footage from others. Account name is “Rosepuss”

Confirmed with evidence Stripchat private shows are being broadcast on multiple platforms for free violating site rules but mods will only act on it if the person paying is aware and complains

You can never relax cause you never know how much you gonna pay for a session - models increase the price literally in the last second. This is strictly forbidden on JLCams.com
so it turns out to be a lot cheaper with the same quality level. The quality of stream is high on Stripchat but it’s very overpriced because of sly dishonest and lazy models. Lots of performers are simply too lazy to do what was agreed so they finish video sessions basically without showing anything interesting.

After reporting models for using names that were in breach of models rules they investigated and the decision came back that they found no violations.
as a client you have very few options for reporting models whereas models have a vast array of ways they can ban you including acting as admin ?
One incident i had a model sent me a PM and before I had even responded they demanded tokens this seems to be the way stripchat is heading seems absolutely no control over studios or models .I even saw a a private request cost at over 100 tokens per minute, I mean come on
also some models have very poor internet connection which seems to act up when you take them private stripchat should set a minimum requirement. Models sleeping, intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. the real kicker is that if you chat with a model Well translator, the models are more than happy to ignore what is happening and spend more time updating social media
in short is seems that stripchat are very willing to flaunt their own rules
