Best knickers ever! So comfortable.

Forgot to add an item to my order. Emailed them, response with 24 hours. Item added to my order - and they refunded the postage! Great service.

The products are amazing, the pyjamas particularly are so soft and cosy ( and long enough for a tall girl!). And after an issue with one pair Stripe and Stare were quick to replace them - and the customer service was 10/10.

When a company offers eco lace and fancy underwear I was NOT expecting that there would be itchiness and lack of fitting with that package (like often is the case with cheap and low quality stuff) Also, it is really sad that the policy is one where only unused underwear can be sent back, this kinds of things are impossible to notice only at a first fitting. I am really disappointed!

Customer services resolved an issue instantly and went above and beyond. They really are a customer focused company with the most perfectly comfortable and well designed products. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my knickers!

I had a problem with an item but Maia the CS Supervisor, was excellent in helping me solve the issue.
I cannot praise enough how customer centric and good she was!!

I used S&S some years ago and remember being disapointed by the size of the underwear.
This time round the company have listened & developed and now i can buy the same beautiful soft underwear but in a shape & size that fits me

It is great that the products are made from Tencel. As it is quite a flexible material I found the knickers were riding up and returned them.

I bought these after much browsing because they looked so pretty and indeed they were when they arrived. Beautiful bright colours and I thought I've finally found the right underwear. No.
They went baggy very quickly, the material is so thin. Holes appeared after maybe 4 washes (washed on gentle cycle in a delicates bag). Pads and liners do not stick to them either.
They were expensive and not at all worth it. I've had to bin all 4 pairs after a few months.
I would not recommend.

Amazing underwear. So pretty and unbelievably comfortable. Worth every penny. Just wish I had discovered them before! I totally recommend them.

If you are a solid size 14 like me I recommend you buy a size 12-14.

I’m so glad to have found this brand who makes the most comfy underwear. Smooth & Sculpt range is my absolute fav & don’t think I have ever had any wireless bra that was this comfortable & well shaped.

Normally wear thongs but feel that my bum is a bit 'free' under my scrubs. All bigger knickers however, end up in a wedgie and the hipster shorts from Stripe and Stare promise not to. And they don't! Absolutely no riding up into the bum crack. Really lovely soft fabric, very slinky but not flimsy. I got a multi pack and will deffo be buying some more.

Bought my second set of original knickers after my first ones started to get a bit tired after a couple of years or so. I love the colours and the softness. Great cardboard packaging. Only complaint is the number of emails they send out, nice content but too many.
