If I could give a star less than 1, I would. I mailed in my Dexcom G6 on August 31st, 2033. It is now September 15th, 2023. After several emails and a couple text messages, I still have not received a response, nor payment. StripsUSA’s website clearly states that payment is to be issues within 24 hours of receiving medical equipment. That they pride in customer satisfaction. This can be further from the truth. I rely on selling my diabetic devices to pay towards my student loans, and they have failed to live up their name. I highly suggest going elsewhere if you want to sell your diabetic devices. According to the BBB, they have an F rating and are not BBB accredited. I have lost out on a significant amount of money at this time. Thank you!

This is an update of my previous review. StripsUSA has paid me in full! Maybe they are overwhelmed with business and possibly lack the proper amount of staff. I’m happy they finally made it right. They are not a scam as I had mentioned in my previous post.
This is a honest company to work with.
This is a truly honest company to work with.When you sell your items they don't cheat you in any way. And they don't low ball you. Most companies aren't honest. They are helping diabetics get the supplies they need. I've never had any issues with them. Just be honest with what your selling. And they will be good to you .

Sold some extra supplies. The package I sent was received weeks ago and I still have not been paid. Fraudulent company. Emailed numerous times without response. Called and unable to get response.
Are the time of my review it was fraudulent as no response or payment. Finally payment made which took way too long. I would never use this company again as no response

This is an update to my previous ☆4 review about a year ago. Check all the recent reviews on any site including this one; it showed me my case wasn't isolated. I'm basically in the same boat as those reviewers, details and all, so I won't bore you with my sad little story, lol (Order #17286, order placed Jul. 8th, sending supplies received Jul. 13th, placed in post office Jul. 15th, payment date: N/A).
If you're someone assessing whether you should give this co. a try, it says a lot that you're willing to go through that in the 1st place. I was in your shoes a year or so ago. There was mostly positive reception with some negatives but I took the leap and they sure delivered......until now.
You'd be wondering if something is going on behind the scenes, but at this point even that's being too nice.
It's suddenly turned into an operation that "Strips" sellers products, giving "USA" a bad name despite the not so great state it's in. My friendly advice to you, fellow diabetic supply seller(s):

Why are YOU 'acting like this' as if our relationship was any deeper than that? I went out of my way & wrote you guys a positive review. What more have you done for me besides what you're supposed to? Are other people's money irrelevant to you? Not to mention you couldn't be bothered to respond back to ANY forms of contact for more than a month, spare me the 'i dont understand' rhetoric. Well, they got me. This was my first time selling my excess supplies. The reviews were good and my questions were answered very quickly. That is until I started to question where the payment was. My package shows as delivered on July 26. I have called, texted, and emailed several times since then. No response to any inquiry. Updated on 03/20/24 - I did receive payment on 08/28/23 for the full amount expected. I would have been thankful for an explanation of why the timing of the payment was delayed so long. Perhaps giving a longer timeframe for expected payment would be helpful This would allow for emergencies and such that pop up. I updated from my initial one star to four.

Order #17577 Was placed July 31, 2023 and still no payment or response regarding such concern. First time using this company and am pretty disappointed. Before shipping I emailed customer service and got a response in 24 hrs, but all emails after that have been disregarded.

The first part of the process was extremely easy as I printed everything myself. I sent it off and with the tracking number verified it was received by them on July 20th. It's been 2 weeks now and still no payment through cashapp. I emailed and just like others on here, no response. That's $213 that I could use to pay for bills.

Never received check after 26 days
I sent an order totalling over $200. It was received by them on July 7th, 2023. I have not received my check nor have I received any kind of response from them after 10 text messages and 6 emails. Would like to know what in the heck is going on! Think I've been ripped off.
Where's my order and my payment? (Payment received as of 8/28/23)
I've been a customer of StripsUSA for quite a while now, never had any type of problem. I'd usually receive my payment immediately as well.
My most recent shipment to them was delivered "to an an individual" on July 20, 2023 @ 11:04am as listed in my text alert from USPS. I've sent three emails (which have gone unanswered as well as five text messages unanswered as well). I call the phone number and only a recording says they've received many orders. Please send a message to their phone number or email them and they'll respond within 24 hours I sent a full box of strips totalling $206 and I'm ready to file a complaint I don't think I'll be doing business with StripsUSA again. If they're backed up, the courtesy of a response would be greatly appreciated, especially if it's going to take a little time to process the orders and payments. And, when I looked into the status of my order on my account they've never updated the order as bright received. It's listed as awaiting shipment.

Welp! My last time using them. Received confirmation items were received on 7/12, still no payment, no response to emails, no communication. I’ve texted, called, and email just to make certain they have the correct payout method. I’ve used them several times in the past but these last (3) three times has been an issue. First Bobby shortened me and had to send the difference, 2nd they returned an item with no explanation but paid a week later for the items they kept, and lastly I’ve been waiting 9 days and counting for payment. Got a short text on 7/14 that said box is being processed today BUT nothing else after that

I sent a package in last week, It was received and I got a conformation letter, with a USPS tracking number for my payment. Just for yuks I tried to track it. USPS said they did not have it yet. So I called the next day and they said it did not go out the day they said it would, But that day it would for sure. That was a story too. 3 days now and it still has not made it to the post office after being told it was delivered to Post office 3 days ago. At least they are talking to me even if it is not the truth.
I sent my package in 7/6/23 They must have received it over the weekend 7/8/23 Monday 7/10/23 I received a conformation that they were taking my check to the Post office and was given a tracking number. on Tuesday 7/11 Just for the fun of it I checked and the post office said they still had not received the envelope with my check. I sent an email to Strips USA and told them. I was again assured it would be taken to the post office that afternoon. Wednesday 7/12/23 I checked with the Post office and again had not been dropped off at Post office, They must have dropped it off after hours. 555PM that was the first day it started to move and be able to be tracked. It moved all night Wednesday the 13th and it came to my local Post office delivery station on Friday the 14th. And I have it now.
I have not had very good luck with buyers of medical
supplies that is why I questioned it in the first place.
I am sorry I questioned Strips USA. Maybe they should make sure that the post office has the package in hand before sending out tracking numbers.
