Order delayed/lost. Ignored by StriVectin!
My order has been delayed with Hermes with no update on the status of my order for a week. I have tried to contact Strivectin multiple times. The first (and only!) response I had said I should try to get in touch with Hermes myself to see what's going on! It's impossible to get in touch with Hermes - they say that the sender needs to contact them. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call Strivectin but I am being ignored. This is really disappointing as surely it's a problem that could be easily rectified with some decent customer service!

Used most of the products. Bought as a present. Would definitely not buy them myself . They are expensive and no better than cheaper products. Didnt notice any difference in my skin at all and i had an allergic reaction to the eye cream. Dont waste your money. Had far better results from aldi day and night caviar creams. And at £6.99 a pot a much better option.

Still waiting on my order after one month…
Ordered over £100 worth of products one month ago and still haven’t received them. The support has been particularly poor and emails just ignored. I suspect I may never receive them.

Had a problem with a faulty eye serum…
Had a problem with a faulty eye serum where the applicator was blocked with a sharp shard of metal. Luckily I realised before I applied it or I would’ve ripped the skin. Been trying to get an answer and some support from the brand since December and been ignored. Tried emails, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Dreadful attitude towards customers. Such a shame as I love the brand but wouldn’t give them my money again.

I really like StriVectin products - but....
I really like StriVectin products enough to warrant a 5 star review - but the customer service isn't less than great. They sent the wrong product. I reached out and the issue isn't resolved and I am not sure where it stands 24 days in. Very disappointed that a top ranked and top priced product is lacking in customer service.
