Moved in and emergency because of domestic violence. Left one of my sofas outside as they didnt even attempt to get it in, no uniforms vests and shorts , very revealing . Wouldn't recommend . Currently taking it further due to damage to my furniture.which has since been blamed on me. In my opinion i would avoid this company at all costs! I found the correspondence about my complaint came with rudeness and insulting. Nathan was rude, unprofessional and insulting. Not professional. Will take it all the way. Avoid.

If I could give them 0 I would the amount of items that have been damaged due to untrained workers not knowing how to pack a van properly, they left loads items at mine still of value witch I have now lost , also if u make a complaint to Nathan he then gets workers to break items or cut up as don't like being told his vans are no good for moving a 3 bed house as way to small and needing loads of work doing to them as brakes grinding,also as for Nathan don't go there he is rude obnoxious swears like hell can't reason with him at all this move has turned into a complete nightmare I would never go to him again , please don't be conned by him saying nice things to you when doing quotes once he got money he don't care how he speaks to you horrible little small timer, I'm definitely going to be getting in touch with trade standards as think this person is dodgy, and not got any insurance for damaging your things as reported same day and not heard anything about it from them bunch of cowboys don't take account for anything they break also all in together staying I didn't break this saying they worked when them for yes when they told us just hired full of sh*t company also u will find they will say if Nathan gives you any mouth it's coz he's autistic not an excuse to swear at someone total idiots avoid

We cannot praise Strong's enough for the way they handled our move.From beginning to end they were professional, thoughtful, friendly and very strong.Lou and Jan who came and wrapped up the breakables were amazing.Very quick, and extremely kind on a day which we found very stressful.
The lads who were doing all the lifting were incredible.We had so much stuff , including a very heavy piano.Nothing seemed to phase them and they were always polite and so kind .
The weather was terrible and we were running out of time.Kieran and Sam offered to go back the next day and get garden items and other things we didn't have time to pack the day before.It was dreadful weather, but they turned up with all the stuff as promised,then erected our beds for us.We cannot thank them all enough.We would thoroughly recommend Strong's to anybody.

Update on previous review. I would avoid this company. Have tried many times to contact Nathan ( none of the emails work as assume people no longer work for the “family run” company). A carpet cleaner sent to my house but still no contact from Nathan to advise me if said cleaner. Marks caused by removal man still on carpet. Def avoid as no after sales and seems to be a bit of a cowboy outfit. Will pursue compensation for damage by other means

Where to begin?! Within this review is a list of just SOME of the problems experienced by our elderly friend in employing Strong Removals - this company used because they had been recommended by someone who'd used them years before, at a time when Nathan Strong was not sole Director.
Our friend's experience was of a very different service! Apart from breakages of unique ceramics caused by one being forced hard into another, a small'ish' cardboard box of small items had been forced so hard into the drum of the washing machine that it was impossible to pull it out - the cardboard had to be broken apart (no easy thing!) to remove everything from the drum.
One of our friend's storage units was completely 'mislaid' for some time, pictures were stored without any kind of protection at all & there was no order or logic to the way in which things had been stored in the different units.
Some of our friend's stored items were delivered at our request to his new home, with others remaining in the storage units for a further period of time, but from start to finish & in spite of my numerous requests & resulting promises from Nathan Strong's office staff, no original paperwork was ever produced. Payments for all units originally rented were still being taken after some had been vacated & I needed to point this out & have money reimbursed. When I spoke originally & met with Nathan, before any of these things occurred, he was friendly & helpful but was clearly feeling under a lot of stress. After that time though, once problems arose, he failed to respond to any of my calls or emails, in spite of my very specific requests to his staff that he do so.
We were so appalled by all that had gone on that we had our friend's remaining stored items removed to storage elsewhere by an absolutely wonderful company to the South of the river.
In conclusion, we decided that Nathan Strong is not a bad person, but one who is not capable of running a business of this nature or overseeing staff - without divulging information given by his office staff, he has problems which make him unable to cope with stress, meaning that he simply stops communicating & becomes 'unavailable'.
I can only advise everyone to steer clear of this company & to advise others to do the same!

This should have been a 5 star review. Strong were recommended to me by several people. Nathan came and gave a very reasonable quote to pack and move my possessions. Maddy in the office was very patient as my moving date kept changing. 4 men came on June 30th to pack up my belongings. On July 1st Sam and Nico arrived with a van and my belongings. 2 day later it became clear that things were missing. I was able to contact the people who had bought my house and confirm that 2 cupboards in the utility are had been missed. The items were now in the garage. I tried to contact Nathan but his mobile diverted to the office. Both Maddy and Natalie were as helpful as they could be but Nathan was never available to speak to me. I understand that my missing possessions have been collected by Nathan but as of 26/07/2025 I do not have them. It seems to me that Nathan's after sales service is non existent. Zero communication leaving his office staff to deal with my phone calls. All very frustrating

Our last minute booking was met was positively, kindness and a can-do attitude. Brilliant priced and genuinely had a great experience all around. Nathan and the team were professional and friendly. Will use again in a heartbeat.

I can't recommend strong removals enough. The team in the office where great with our ever changing move date. When we finally got there the team of movers were absolutely brilliant. Calm, so pleasant and considerate of us, their colleagues, our stuff. They genuinely made what was a very hectic day a far less stressful event than it could have been. Definitely recommended. Used strong removals to do a house move last week, would highly recommend 100%. Extremely quick, friendly and efficient but most of all very careful with belongings, nothing was to much for them and they constantly asked if we wanted any help moving furniture when at the new property. Would recommend to anybody looking to move house, made the day so much easier and alot less stressful!!

A friendly, efficient and professional service from start to finish.

Thanks to everyone (office and staff in van) for great job at reasonable price. They moved heavy stuff around VERY tight corners very well without complaint. Finally, full marks for honesty. Mum had clearly left (literally!) a £10 note down the back of the sofa which was returned to me (and returned to them as part of a fully deserved tip).

Moved home today & Strong Removals were Fantastic, from Hilda & Liz in the office (so friendly & helpful) to Nathan who came & did a home visit to assess our requirements (great guy) but the icing on the cake were Nico & Tom who were brilliant, very friendly & put us at ease & took a lot of the stress away. They arrived & were so professional in their manner, took charge and made us feel so relaxed with their personalities whilst packing loading & efficiently treating our furniture. The team were friendly and polite, and willing to help get things in the right place, even when it did involve dismantling items. They made what can be a stressful day much less painful. Would definitely recommend.

We used Strong Removals for a two stage move from Evesham to Herefordshire. Could not have gone more smoothly, Communication, from initial enquiry to the day of the moves was excellent. Both teams were considerate, friendly and extremely efficient. We would recommend them without reservation.

Strong Removals is a remarkable family business with an extraordinary group of people in it. Their initial appeal was the commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards expressed on their website but all firms do that. So I went to see them and was welcomed, listened to and I was considerably reassured that they meant exactly what they said. The owner came out to survey and estimate and again I was impressed as I was (again!) with the prompt, well prepared and reasonable estimate which I accepted. With dates agreed Team Strong turned up and were nothing but courteous, helpful and efficient. In short, everything other reviewers have praised we experienced too! A most stressful time compounded by our frailty was handled with compassion, sympathy and practical help - even to the extent of lending my wife a company anorak to stay warm and dry in the rain which made its appearance as we moved in! The standards espoused on their website were met time and time again - and since. Nothing, but nothing, was too much trouble and I unhesitatingly recommend this business; from top to bottom a very Strong team!

After searching for a removal Company in Hereford, I came across Strong Removals. They were fantastic. All the office staff I dealt with over the phone and by email were extremely friendly and efficient. The cost of our move was very reasonable too even allowing us to make last minute changes. Our two delivery men were brilliant (Henry and Louis), really professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use them again.

Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were polite, efficient and full of laughter; just what was needed on a very stressful New Year move 200 miles from home. The team took care of everything, were incredibly careful and efficient.
