Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Allowed me to purchase items that were out of stock. Cancelled the whole order and gave no explanation in the original email so I had to send emails to a different address as couldn’t direct reply then they still didn’t tell me outright what was being cancelled.

Fantastic product and support
I enjoy all the flavours, it's a fantastic product, and the customer service was so helpful when a product I re-ordered wasn't available.

Dreadful
Dreadful. Ordered no gin which was in stock. Two days later told it was out of stock. Then waited two more days for a letter of refund only to be told that could take 10 days before I get the money back. Very poor customer service.

The item I bought did not arrive and I may have been scammed
The item I bought did not arrive. I have raised a query with orders@strykk.*** but so far I have not had a reply. I am concerned that I have been scammed.
UPDATE: Although orders@strykk.*** did not get back to me, the product (which I like) did eventually arrive. So, though I was displeased with the service, it has been a story with a happy ending.

Probably the only alcohol free authentic tasting vodka!
Lots of alcohol free spirits on the market now but little joy finding alcohol free vodka - my tipple of choice. Mixed with tonic - I am fooled into thinking I have the real McCoy! I love this guilty free pleasure after a hard day's work. Got a great deal on Styrkk's website so I stocked up and I'll be back for more!!

Lip-smacking flavour
Strykk Not Gin has that lip-smacking taste-hit that you get with a 'real' G&T. I have been drinking it for over 2 years now and will continue to do so while it offers great value and great taste.
