Student Flights Avis 

I found that rhe agent i was dealing with did not follow things up e.g. sending through the e-tickets and ar another stage I had to ask for the updated e-ticket to show that she had booked aisle seats for me.

I found that aspect a bit frustrating that I had to keep following up with her about these items when it should just be done automatically.

I booked a flight home with a stop-over at Singapore airport. I was advised by the travel agent that I would not have enough time to catch the connecting flight to Melbourne and to spend a night at Singapore airport.
I realized while I was travelling that I did have time and at the airport I was lucky enough that there were 5 seats available to get on the earlier flight, saving me an entire night at the airport! If I had not enquired about this I would have wasted 9 hrs in transit!
I also purchased a pass to stay in the Singapore airport lounge. However after purchasing I realized my credit card already gave me priority access. I am waiting to hear back from travel agent about a refund, which I enquired about nearly a month ago.

Everything was fantastic. I keep using them. The only thing I don't get through them is travel insurance. I go elsewhere for that. The company they use, Covermore are particularly terrible. They were unable to help me when I was hospitalized on a trip I had. I was forced to pay the hospital fees out of my own pocket and it took Covermore several months to reimburse those expenses.

Apart from that Student Flights are fantastic.

I always deal with Maxine at the Robina office. She is always helpful and timely with her quotes.

I had a horrible experience with a different company earlier this year and was nervous about booking flights through Student Flights. They were really helpful through the process, saved me money, and really did their job well.

Brent was so efficient and accommodating. I would recommend him and student flights to anyone.

had a little trouble due to the person I was dealing with having a baby but was looked after by other staff who were helpful. would recommend student flights & also recommend that no matter who you book your holiday with that you personally contact accommodation & tours to confirm your bookings.

It is a great and easy way to buy your tickets, however, the prices they found are not always the best and is it better to look prices on flight yourself and they will match it.

My accommodation was not booked correctly and we were without accommodation upon arrival in Cancun. I will be writing a letter of complaint to follow this issue up.
