Many of my friends bought the tickets the same day than us...they got it cheaper than my boyfriend and I, and also they got more direct flight than us.
The overnight in Darwin was absolutely terrible.

Our agent, Lauren, has been simply outstanding. Complex travel plans are easy for her. She makes travel planning simple.

We booked an extensive trip to the USA through Student Flights and the service provided by our travel agent was outstanding. She helped organise the whole trip including car hire accommodation, flights, the lot. She was very patient with us whilst we chopped and changed our minds and was constantly available to answer questions etc. I would definitely use Student Flights again

The agent I had was really great. She really listened to what I wanted to do during my trip and helped me figure out the best travel plan. She gave me several options to think about over night, so I didn't feel pressured at all. Great experience

After scheduling my flight for the wrong month, my Student Flights agent did not apologise. I got a "Ha can't believe we both missed that" instead of an apology or any form of compensation. I had to pay an extra few hundred dollars to change my flight to what I had originally requested. Would have saved me a lot of time and money if I had just booked it myself or went to any other flight agent.

Always book my flights through Maddison in the Richmond store. Super helpful especially when changing a booking with an hour to spare and that time I missed a flight.

My agent took the time and effort to make sure he covered all bases and helped me find alternatives when needed, even when I didn't go for them in the end. Great service!

My experience with student flights was far less hassle free than I thought it would be. I booked with an agent because being a 25 year old female traveling alone in Europe for the first time I wanted it to be easy. My travel agent didn't book my accommodation pre and post tour which ended up costing me a few hundred extra dollars. When I was told to finally collect my itinerary and vouchers a few days before I flew out they were not even ready and had to come back the following day. I was passed between multiple agents being told my agent was sick and then being informed he was on annual leave. All in all I will not be booking another tour with Student Flights and will be going direct to the company.

I have done business several times with Nicole Rodgers and have always been happy with her service.

Tell the staff your plans or concerns and they will try to come up with good suggestions of tours to do. They do not attempt to sell unnecessary tours which is certainly a pleasant experience compared to other tour agencies.
