​I can’t recommend studio 2 enough i was looking for a reliable place. The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They clearly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.

I joined studio 2 at a shoot in March 2025 after looking at getting into photography as a hobby. As a transgender woman I have been made to feel incredibly safe and included which is always something I worry about when joining somewhere new. In the few months I've been going I've learnt so much about the world of photography from what lighting to use to what settings to set my camera at aswell being encouraged to think outside the box using different props angels ect. If anyone is thinking of getting into photography or even if you're a seasoned veteran check out studio2 you won't be disappointed

This is a very friendly and supportive place where some really creative things happen. The staff could not be more helpful. The studio has a lot of different areas to chose from with lighting available as well as some props and costume.

Studio2’s recent Neon Body Paint Shoot was a great little event well organised and arranged for photographers interested in this type of portraiture with two models and a makeup artist available. The studio organisers had got to considerable lengths to rig the studio for ultraviolet photography ensuring the events success.

Second time round at Studio 2, this shoot was neon body painting. The venue is excellent, the crew are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The other photographers were courteous and easy to work with. Would recommend to photographers wanting to develop their art.

As a model Studio 2 gives a number of preset areas which are well thought out and well lit. The owners always make you feel very welcome and I've never been asked to do something I wasn't comfortable with. Keep an eye open for the many shoots they put on during the year and at a very reasonable price

I have been going to Studio 2 as a photographer for roughly a year now. During that time I have really appreciated the friendliness of every one there and taken some really unique shots.
The variety and contrast of the many studio areas gives photographers the potential to develop their own ideas and experiment with various lighting and other settings.
I have had tremendous support from the resident team of models and photographers at the studio and learnt a great deal.
I feel very relaxed at the studio and invariably have fun filled sessions along side the important business of taking good images.
I would recommend coming to an event at Studio 2 where, I am sure, you will be drawn in by the enthusiasm of every one just as I was a year ago.

I joined Studio 2 at a random shoot in May 2023 where live wolves featured… not thinking anything more of it having never really modelled before I was stunned when one of the owners asked me in for a test shoot.

Since then I have grown in confidence, done many many many more shoots some being paid. I am senior model and model liaison, publicity manager and director as well as trainee photographer. They have encouraged and helped me so much to grow and create some stunning images.

Fabulous family run studio, community focused and full of amazing ideas and a vast array of shooting areas, props, lighting and costumes always with a helpful and supportive team on hand.
