Cheetah Charmers

I ordered the Cheetah Charmers. They are so fun, exactly what I wanted. I had a glitch with my order. When I reached out to Del he responded immediately (really). We got this figured out and my Cheetah's arrived within days. I love all the FUN patterns of Groovey Glides. ❤️ supporting small businesses. CHEERS

A few weeks ago I sent a follow-up email regarding my order. I received a prompt response from your customer service agent. I was so happy to hear that they were able to find out what happened that delayed the shipment ...

Well. I just want to let you know that I have now received my shoes and bag and I love them!!! My shoes are funky and I get lots of compliments ... I work retail so you know I showed them off and the bag is adorable as well.  

Working in the customer service industry is tough.  Customers can make us or break us. Many complain but seldom do they say "thank you". So this is my thank you to you Groovy Glides!  I would love to see your shoes in my store, I'd be pushing them daily!

Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company. Was billed $143 for a pair of shoes I ordered over a month ago have sent multiple emails and no response. Do NOT deal with these crooks. Don’t let their cute shoes lure you in.

Oh my goodness! I just found out about trust pilot. I didn’t know we existed on here. Now I can reply. Apparently this is where people go to leave the bad reviews. 😆

I wanted to apologize for the miscommunication back in January and February. We were having problems with our backend emails getting sent in and out properly at that time.

I just went to look up your order and I saw that you were refunded in January.

Why are their prices so high??

Why are their prices so high??? You can get the same shoes on Temu for less than 1/2 price!! Amazon also offers "TMA Eyes" footwear....for much less!

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts! Just for clarity — it doesn’t look like this is from someone who’s actually purchased or worn our shoes.

There are definitely cheaper options out there, but what we focus on is comfort, fit, and helping people with things like bunions, neuropathy, and wider feet — we also use the premium washed leather (moulds to your feet) premium nonslip outsoles, laces etc - thus is where many of our customers notice the difference.

At the end of the day, everyone should go with what works best for them — and if you ever do try a pair, we’d love to hear what you think.

Cute shoes but WAYYYYY RUDE customer service

I saw their cute/funky walking shoes and ordered a pair for an upcoming trip. Using the shop app, you can see when labels are created, shipping/tracking etc. I have never ordered from this company. I decided to write a note and say I was excited to receive my shoes and hoped that I would get them before my trip (coming in 2.5 weeks). I received a cancellation and refund notice. I wrote them back to ask why? I was disappointed and really was looking forward to these shoes. The response I received as rude. I was told that I had not read the documents. Circled in red was that orders would be processed in 2-5 days. And they responded that they would not rush my order (I never asked them to!) because of my upcoming trip! And that I was BANNED from ever ordering from them again. Sheesh!!!
