Sturdy Logo Design Avis 

I hired these guys to do a logo for me as a surprise for a friend? They did the logo and said they registered it in California?which I never used. They texted back months later saying someone in Georgia had the same name and might trade mark the name federal in all Us states and if I don’t pay them money I could get sued?? I call secretary of the state they said there is no trademark with that name or logo in California?? I think the company starts of as they are good then extorts more money out of people threatening someone might sue

Designed a logo for me then 3 months later claimed they were approached by the United States patent trade office saying another company applied for a trademark using my company name. I called trademark office and this was not true.

I was getting high pressure from this company to pay them $1000 to protect my name otherwise the other “company” was going to take my logo in business name and could potentially sue me and my company.

The logo work was great and the communication through the process was good. Once this company attempted to offer me trademark protection and license. I declined due to the high fees which was more than just doing it yourself through your state. After that I began to get scam calls with fake alerts that someone was trying to trademark my logo and that someone was trying to trademark the logo they created for me and if I pay them, they can stop this attempt?? 🚩 is, after giving them a high level of detail with unique idea that they created for me, knowing it was my idea.. why would you even allow this so called someone to trademark my logo that you have on file originating with me?? The whole thing is a scam. I have my logo trademarked and I have documents showing my process. This company will attempt to scare you into paying for the other services. It’s sad because the beginning process was great but the behavior afterwards was so bad that I had to give this company two.

Thier response was very timely, and they listened to my concerns and made the necessary adjustments. They gave me the opportunity to make several changes until I was satisfied with the finish product. Quality logo design

I was a client that just wanted a logo design about a year ago honestly I was very happy, but then that changed recently. They called me back and they also try to sell me a trademark, I repeatedly said that it is not something that Im concerned about or willing to do now, but keep insisting that my name and logo is being used by someone, pretty much they wanted me to commit to doing more business with them. I understand their position on expanding their services, but when a client is not ready to commit to it, please respect the clients decision and keep your good reputation as a company. The person who called me sounds very desparate and even started arguing with me after I communicated respectfuly that I'm not ready to do anything right now. Despite the experience, I will give them a 3 star, I understand business, so Im just giving them a courtesy. Thank You for your Service.

Unfortunately, I ended up being their client. At first, everything seemed great — competitive pricing, which convinced me to make the first payment. But then things took a turn.

As soon as the logo was ready, they started pushing copyright registration, which seems to be their real priority. They throw out random prices, hoping you’ll take the bait — $1000 or more.

I couldn’t afford to pay such a high amount for copyright, especially since no one mentioned it at the start. It all sounded like a one-time payment for logo design.

In the end, I never received my logo. They just started ignoring me. In short — scammers. I absolutely do not recommend working with them.

I hired these guys to develop a logo. They started out great - until they got my money. Then they went dark. When i wanted to cancel the project they were very difficult about refunding my money - kept telling me i needed to speak with a different department. Then I started getting spam texts from folks who were clearly inside the company or at least had access to their systems. Bleak.

They did a great job on my logo. Looks great!

They had wonderful communication nearly daily and great customer service! They worked with me to edit little details to find the perfect logo that I liked. It did end up costing more than I had anticipated with adding on the copyright. Overall, I am very pleased with the logo and they gave me all the files I need for it.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY. They do not do what they claim to do and once you point that out they will just stop all communication. They are liars and thieves.

I’m thankful for the patience I was shown in finalizing my logo. . I had major personal setbacks and it was difficult at times to put my thoughts on this project . They were very willing to work with me , change and tweak things until we got it right -

Everyone I talked to has been very kind, helpful, and quick to reply with any questions I'd have! The designs were great too! But until they didn't say the actual price out front let alone having to pay for years when come to find out i can get one in town and pay 1 time

This company is a SCAM. I had them change the year on my logo, they tried to call back and email saying I have Trademark Issues and want more money. They are so fraudulent they need to be shut down.

Been working with Kevin and Barry now for a few weeks and these guys are amazing!! Very patient with my busy schedule, they follow up at the exact time they say they will follow up. They go the extra mile to make sure my website is looking good. They even helped me pick out a very unique logo to engrave in my silver merchandise!! I highly recommend these guys to any business owners trying to stand out and draw positive attention to their business. Thank you Barry and Kevin.

Oscar was the best to work with, fast turn around time from start to finish. He took the hand drawn picture provided and brought my clubs idea to life. Definitely would use them again in the future. They offer some great packages, just be sure to fully read, as the $20 promo does not include delivery of digital files of the logo, but still a great deal and service.

Terrible customer service, one upsell after another. Will threaten you with trademark issues and more. Stay away

Overall great service but a little too pushy on things like trade mark purchases the person I spoke with about was using a scare tattoo by showing my business name in the trade mark data system as pending as if the made it randomly to make me think there was on in there

I saw their advertisement thought I’ll give it a try for that amount of money. The logos never had the right item that I needed though so paid the money but didn’t pay the upgrade fee that they wanted and moved on.
Haven’t heard from them in a while. Today I got a call from their legal department as well as an email…. Their person/lawyer… hah hah..told me they were contacted by someone else in North Carolina who was trying to use my business name and trademark it…
OK, that’s odd! Why in heaven‘s name would anyone talk to them about a trademark for my business name!
The more he talked the more it made me realize this is just another scam….. they want something else for me.
So from all their great wonderful reviews here which are from their employees…. The negative ones are from their true customers.
This is a scam folks!
