Spent a lovely hour with Fi. The skill of creating confidence and a great rapport with a client within such a short time is so impressive. Was like spending an hour shopping with a bestie that you’d known your whole life.
Looking forward to booking again when my bank account allows it. There was no pressure to spend but what was picked was so lovely, and even better with a few gentle tweaks to add to my repertoire, that I couldn’t resist!

I had a fantastic Power Hour shop with Fiona. It was like shopping with a best friend! Loved all my picks and came away with lots of different looks. I would do it all again in a heartbeat - Thank you from Carla ❤️

It’s now a couple of months since my personal shop with Sarah. I had the best time, Sarah immediately put me at ease, pushed me to try new things but didn’t pressure me if some items were too ‘out there’ for me! I came away with some amazing items I couldn’t wait to wear. I was worried that without Sarah by my side I wouldn’t have the confidence to wear some of the pieces we picked out. Happily I can report that not only do I wear them, I feel really flippin’ confident in them. I suddenly love shopping again and make more meaningful and considered purchasing decisions that I know will work for me. And I’m having fun with fashion for the first time since having my children. It’s the best feeling. If you’re considering a SBS purchase, just do it. It’s worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back.

What can I say about Susie? She’s like the best accessory you will ever buy for your wardrobe - and your self esteem. Susie really listens to what you want & delivers. I now have a gorgeous capsule wardrobe with items I actually wear. I absolutely hated shopping before speaking to Susie & would make lots & lots of bad purchases. Now I find myself looking at items differently & making less but more thoughtful purchases to work hard in my wardrobe. This is one purchase you will not regret. Thanks Susie ❤️

I find shopping quite daunting, especially having gained weight due to early menopause, and felt stuck in a rut.
I had a personal shop with Susie and not only did she make the whole process really easy but she made it fun and the time just flew by. She encouraged me to try clothes I wouldn’t normally have considered and I found myself beaming at the mirror. No pressure to buy anything or pretend to like something I didn’t, but Susie’s recommendations were so good. It’s been a long time since shopping made me feel happy. I’ve got a new spring in my step and confidence to try different looks. I would highly recommend.

Having already had a style analysis completed by Sarah Lily, I recently booked a wardrobe de-clutter with her. And it did not disappoint! Sarah has a lovely, gentle way of helping you to navigate your own style. She gave me the confidence to let go of items I hadn't worn in a while and helped me to build some outfits too. She is a style magician!

Thank you Sarah, I had so much fun de-clutterring my wardrobe with you. The four hours went too fast. Items I had stopped wearing because I didn’t think suited me, Sarah put a totally new spin on and I loved them. There was never any pressure and I loved the way Sarah put different outfits together for me. Lots of clothes went either to charity or I shall be selling them. It was such a great day, I felt amazing afterwards, I would highly recommend.

I’ve wanted to have a styling session for a couple of years and I finally made it happen as a birthday gift. I wasn’t starting from scratch and could put outfits together ok but I knew that I would really benefit from having some time out to focus on all the little questions which I often have in my head! It was just as I hoped with Sarah and I’m now a fully fledged convert to high waisted trouser/jeans!:)

Had high expectations of my personal shop with Sarah Lilly and I wasn’t disappointed - expectations well and truly exceeded. There’s no doubt Sarah has that magic touch. She already had items selected and ready in the changing room for when we started. Sarah encouraged me out of my comfort zone, listened to feedback and was happy to discuss things I couldn’t get my head around - my face tells a thousand stories at times! The most important thing to Sarah was to understand me and my lifestyle. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. I came away with some great additions to my wardrobe that I’m excited to wear - I’d never have picked up a corduroy mini dress but it was the first thing on when I was back at work the following day. And as for the denim waistcoat of dreams that I’d been sceptical about seeing it on the hanger, roll on the warmer weather when I know it’ll be a hard working piece. And as if that isn’t enough, Sarah is an absolute diamond, warm welcoming and full of fun - so many laughs and time just flew by.

My personal shopping experience at Bluewater with Sarah Lilly was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, Sarah made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly approach. She took the time to understand my style, preferences, and needs, curating a selection of pieces that perfectly suited me. Her expert advice and keen eye for fashion helped me discover new styles I wouldn’t have chosen on my own but ended up loving. (Especially the green boiler suit!) The whole experience felt luxurious, personal, and stress-free, making shopping an absolute joy. I left feeling confident and excited about my new wardrobe - truly a five-star experience!

Wow I just had a 3 hour personal shop with Kim. Kim is lovely, I felt so comfortable talking to her over a cuppa at the start, we had met before but not shopped together. Kim listened to what I wanted to buy & was excited to hear I also love colour. We bought 8 outfits which can be mixed & matched so it’s actually far more than that. Kim found things I wouldn’t have considered & they look great which I feel is the best thing about this way of shopping. I had the best day & am so happy with my new wardrobe. I have used other SBS services & would highly recommend them all. The whole team are lovely, so friendly & helpful & all the ladies I have met are the same. New friends, new clothes & I love them all.

Kim was simply amazing! She knew where to go and what to choose according to my body shape and to enhance my hourglass figure! She knew which colours suited me best and the style she suggested I tried on suited me perfectly!
I am now much more confident about wearing jeans and other garments I would have never even tried on if I had been left to my own devices.
I hated shopping before I met Kim and she made me get so much into it I kept finding more clothes that fitted me. I highly recommend this experience- thanks Kim!

I had a 3 hour personal shopper experience with Fiona. She was fabulous. She listened to what I needed, pushed me enough to try new things but didn't try to make me wear something that wasn't me. We found the Mother of Bride dress in River Island. Fiona used her skills and knowledge to style it so that it looks much more than I paid for it. The whole session was really good value as I ended up spending a lot less than I would have done if I was on my own plus I have ended up with something unique. This is the second time I have shopped with Fiona but it won't be the last!

I recently had a 3 hour shopping experience with Susie...it sounds dramatic (and possibly slightly ridiculous) to say, but it has had such a huge impact. I was definitely a little lost since having children and whilst I knew what I liked and have always been interested in fashion, I had lost the confidence to follow my gut. Susie reminded me of who I once was whilst helping me appreciate who I am now. She has such a keen (and experienced) eye that you avoid that horrible moment in the changing room where nothing fits and you leave full of self loathing. I loved 99% of everything we tried on and a shift has occurred in my mindset that I now really think about what I am wearing and how it makes me feel. It sounds silly but I am so much happier! The only downside is you leave wanting to be besties with Susie (and with a new found addiction to Joe and the Juice). If you have been sitting wondering whether it's worth it or if it is for you, the answer is 100% yes. I will definitely be back! Thank you Susie and team for all you do xxx

I have met the Styled by Susie team before, they are all so approachable and instantly like friends that I've known forever. I originally contacted the SBS Team as I felt a little lost after having kids, I'd lost my sparkle, my colour, I used to dress for me, anyway, Fi came to my home and straight away I felt at ease. She told me my colours, season, and style personality, from then I have had a personal shop with her, and also attended the SBS event in Birmingham, completely out of my comfort zone, but it was just like meeting family, people I hadn't met all coming together and celebrating us as individuals. Today Fi came to do a wardrobe declutter ahead of our shop together in Liverpool. It was fantastic, my wardrobe looks like a rainbow of colours, and I have a pile of clothes that I am not sad to see go. Fi and the team have helped me immensely on my journey to me, Since meeting Fi in 2022 I have done nothing but blossom, her and the team, and the support network that comes along with the SBS Community have made me feel absolutely wonderful about myself.

I had an amazing morning, 1hr personal shop session with Kim.
She was a whirlwind in the shops and managed to find items which I would normally not look at and also went together mix n match...who would have thought it possible haha.
She even went as far as letting me borrow her Vans so I could get the look of a new pair of jeans in a different style to my staple skinnies.
What a lovely personality, she makes you feel you have known her for years and safe that she knows exactly what she is doing.
I'm hoping that I can get another date in the diary later in the year when the Summer/Autumn clothes are around.

I had my first ever personal shop with Kim last week. I can't thank her enough for suggesting and making me see things in a different light. I pretty much live in Bootcut jeans but I ended up buying a pair of Mom and Boyfriend Jeans and pairing them with tops I would never think of trying on. Kim was so easy to be around and it felt like shopping with a Friend that I had know for years 🥰 I would 100% recommend Styled By Susie and I will definitely be booking another slot when they come back to Edinburgh!!

My wardrobe declutter with Fi was SO valuable! It was over a month ago now and here are the things that have changed in my life:
1. She helped me to identify items to donate / sell eg that didn’t suit or fit me or just weren’t really “me” - so much easier for Fi to identify this than me!
2. I wear clothes I hardly ever wore, in new ways too. Lots of layering, Fi had an eye for seeing what outfits to put together that I would never have thought of.
3. My wardrobe is so much more organised and easier to find outfits to wear (she even suggested some
DIY to my wardrobe & my husband was very happy to get stuck into a little project! :) )

It was all achieved in 2 hours and Fiona was SO LOVELY too, I would recommend a wardrobe declutter and Fiona in a heartbeat! Thanks Fi! Xx
