Never order anything on this site !!! Shoes of terrible quality came, this is a hoax and a trick !!! This office needs to be destroyed !!! People, never get fooled by their ads !!!

Boots arrived waaay later than expected. I guess it's better later than never. However, the boots are absolute trash. Ordered black color received green, the quality is very poor. The heel is different than it should be. Would not wear it for free.

Unfortunatly came to see this reviews a little too late. Made an order on august 15th and still nothing! They keep answering that are waiting for the item to be sent by the warehouse. Last e-mail was exchanged 1month ago and so far that's all the news I've got. SCAM!!! Facebook adds= SCAM, I don't know how Facebook allows this kind of things!

If there was a zero star rating that would be more appropriate for this lot

Boots are 100% plastic rubbish quality and not the colour you order
PayPal are a waste of time and because they are in China trading standards law does not apply !!!

The boots finally arrived 7 weeks later... After it advertises that shipment will take place 3-5 days after placing your order and will arrive 20 days later. I ordered black and although it says black on the label they are actually grey. The quality is poor and nothing like the picture. I have asked for a full refund. I wouldn't buy from here again...

Iam currently going through HELL now with this company. I ordered two pairs of boots and a pair of pants and the pants came and look nothing the pants on their site. They literally look like someone sat down at a sewing machine and tried to copy the pants and they did a poor JOB!!!!!!!!!! I contacted Paypal and they are saying that I have to return and I said NO! It would cost more to ship them then more what I paid for the pants. The boots are in route and they better look like the photo. Constant emails saying that they were awaiting shipment from the warehouse and I asked" are you making the boots??????

Never AGAIN will I do this. These ads on Facebook are TRASH! And I gave them $119.00 dollars no problem once I saw what I wanted. Flat out FALSE ADVERTISING and I will no longer buy from companies listed on Facebook.

They will send you the wrong color

I order a pair of black boots with zebra pattern to be delivered in London UK, they arrived with wrong color, after 1 month waiting for it, kinda of grey/ green. The worst thing is that on the delivery note it's saying black.
I contact the customer service of Styletreed explaining my disappointment and they offered me 15% refund, I told them that I don't want to stay with this color of boots... I ordered black, I want them black, they say that if I want a full refund I have to pay for the shipping fee to CHINA... It's a SHAME that this company doesn't assume their mistake! They should be paying for the shipping fee not the custumer. I insisted but they didn't care...
They send the wrong item and the customer has to pay for it?? Zero customer service! Now I'm staying with a pair of boots which I didn't order but I paid for it... RIDICULOUS! Also the boots are from a really bad quality, they don't look nothing what the photos shows. (See photos) Don't waste your time and money buying it!!!

This is not looking good. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and they still have not sent me an email saying it has been shipped. Scam?

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Meant to ship in 3-5 days but now they tell me it's "hard to say" when it will ship. Trying to cancel order. don't bother with this scammer company.

placed an order for a couple of pairs of shoes. Got confirmation email that order would ship. Now I can't log in to the site, can't get any information on my order and no one responds to my emails. Looks like the site is a scam. Was on facebook and placed the order after I saw their ad. DO not purchase from them.
