I bought a plastic Beretta gas spring about a yr or so ago the man sold me it along with high performance red can gas it worked perfectly, I went there today and bought the same plastic Berretta, I asked for the same gas he said the gas dont work in that gas gun, I thought to myself it does work as you sold me it with this pistol a year or so ago, I didn't let him know he gave me the high performance red can a year ago with this same plastic Berretta I just said what one does work he said the green gas, I did bye it as he was adamant red one don't work also I don't like to argue my truth, my message today is to say to the man that it does work as he's sold me it with the plastic one a year or so ago, I see this as a money grabbing tactic also he has forgotten Iv already bought one a year or so ago with the red gas, I am not happy with this tactic as he lied to me I'm not mentioning he's name as don't want him in trouble tho he lied to me today I am not happy with that lie, apart from that lie i am always happy with the customer service I just don't like being lied to, thank you for your time I appreciate you I only have 3 stars because of the lie if he did not lie I would of gave 5stars I am a regular customer I have spent near on £1000 in your shop on crystal stones gas guns bbs gas and cannabis items, everytimevi shop from your store I am happy, today I was not happy purely because he lied with no need to, I will shop again from your store it's a quality shop.

with delivery it said it would come in 3, 4 days but I came in 1 and1/2 -2 weeks and I ended up spending £21 on 1 day wear contacts because I brought them 3 times.1/because there was a hole in my bag and it fell out 2/I ordered them online and took ages to come 3/I had to repurchase because they didn't come in time. Also I never got an email saying when it would come or why my order was so delayed.however in the store good service.

Parcel never arrived due to an error from Royal Mail which wasn’t their fault but then I had to argue for a refund as they wanted Royal Mail to return the parcel to them before they refunded me! From purchasing it took me 3 weeks to get a refund!
