I first had the opportunity to meet David Thomson back in 2019, when I was leading the International Sales Hub of BSI Group in Spain. He delivered an intensive training program on influence and persuasion across our sales and operations teams throughout EMEA—and it was truly exceptional at every level of the organization.

What made David’s approach so powerful was not just the energy and engagement he brought, but the solid scientific foundation behind his methodology, inspired by the work of Robert Cialdini. I've attended many sales courses in my career & taken little from them, always being middle ground, fluffy in ‘How to act to be successful’, pushing ‘Fads’. So that is where my first thoughts were on sales training.
I'm a believer in strong fundamentals first. IE: Teach a man to fish and he eats for life.

Suada provided outline core / Key points of sales engagement using modules that have stayed with me since completing the course nearly 5 years ago, I still refer to areas and use module references with my sales team.
I am also compartmentalized in thinking and learning, the fact that Suada sales training is broken down into real core points on a weekly basis made it more engaging with real learning and achievement, like taking martial arts or a musical instrument to the next level, making Suada a genuine course that once it is there will never leave you!
Categories on the course included Positive mental attitude, Fact finding, Memory, Pitching, Socratic questioning, Influence, Questions are answers, NLP, Negotiation, Closing, Framing, Pitching techniques. All of these keys I've not stopped using.
Socratic questioning has been one of the most unthought of BUT most useful for me in gaining product recognition for good but unrecognised brands, quality, build and what really is important to a customer by what they have said, overruling clever competitor marketing. I call ‘Fact or Fashion’
Modules were on a ‘Teach & Teach back’ method using Mind maps, I have never used before but found unbelievably effective and still reference to this day.
Suada was so much more than ‘Tick a box’ sales training, Once learning a topic and presenting back, the real gem stone points of that topic had to be understood and shown back properly to a full standard.
I had to repeat a topic only once which after frustration was grateful for, as it highlighted how important it was that David and the Team make sure we fully understand each point and again not just ‘tick a box’ This boosted my confidence that this is the REAL DEAL and you are ‘In or Out’ if you want to make it work.
Suada operated on a cutting edge digital platform for our team, giving access to the training module videos in our own time. Modules could be watched as many times as needed in order to absorb and understand without pressure, enabling to find our own real learning ‘Sweet spot’ as we are all different but still having the unified deadline.
Having a team on a course using the Suada platform app enabled us to see each others progress, shares & uploads, Giving opportunities to support each other on a still ‘personal’ level, in what is, basically our own private digital classroom.
With so much added value by being able to access the platform via mobile phone, again added an extra level of convenience with genuine team accountability.
No matter how good we are in our discipline we always need a coach in the corner. Every world top athlete has a coach, World champion boxers & golfers have a coach, So makes sense that we should. The coach helps keep our axe sharp, reminding us of key tools that help us Fish for a lifetime in a changing market based on key principles that are overlooked.
There seems to be so much focus on forcing customers to engage in what is being sold in a fast turnaround, rather than getting them to engage openly and turning the opportunity into a whole fruit orchard of business, Suada helped me understand that.
Each topic can be elevated or reduced in any way to suit where you are in business to gain sales success, however the ingredients remain the same.

I signed up for this program as I was preparing for a new job which involves a lot of stakeholder management as well as growing a new business from scratch.
I went through the remote program which included self study via the app with ongoing feedback loops and a full day online workshop with David.

Before I started Suada, I was stuck in a rut and wasn't improving or developing. With David's guidance (and persistence!) and the techniques taught through the program, I have gone up a level.

It's changed my life and re-honed my skill set. It's shown me how little I knew about effective communication and selling. Every time I come back to the app I learn so much more.

I can’t recommend Suada & David highly enough and will always be grateful for his outstanding guidance.

The Suada training was Great! It is a very complete training which handles all aspects of sales and especially uses (psychology) science as background. The 5 day training itself is way to short to learn all the aspects, but by using the training in combination with the suada app, it will be a continuous traing in the coming years.

Due to "Social Proof" I almost wanted to fill in Excellent, but we Dutch people are alway a bit reserved in that.

I just completed the 'Sales Mastery' training with our team, David and Lewie. I highly recommend this training, not only for beginners but also for experienced people. It is an intensive training that puts your mind to work. There are a lot of tools and techniques, but David explains this in an understandable and fun way. The techniques you'll learn about are not only important in your work but can also be applied in your personal life. The insights that this training gives you on your own way of working (auto pilot) and the way you could be working and approch your network and challanges is a real winner in this course. It changed my full perspective on how much we are in control of our thoughts, approach, and communication. The world would be such a better place if we all applied the techniques and tools given in this training. I definitely recommend this training!

I've used Moodle and Canvas and other popular LMS platforms in the past and Suada is a big improvement on them for a few different reasons. First up, the user experience is far more intuitive and easy than anything I've come across and should be used as a real selling point for training organisations.

Other platforms are just platforms. They don't really have any bearing on the quality of the learning materials uploaded onto them. Suada is unique in that it has a built in learning methodology that is based on science! It helps prevent training orgs creating content that is ineffective and thus wasting a good platform!

From an admin point of view it's super easy to create and upload your content. Everything is very clearly laid out and simple!
