Do Not Buy from this Company, everrything they do is a Lie. They will not Refund your money if something is wrong. Their sizes are more for Children than adult size. I ordered 16 (by their chart) to get Oversized/as advertised. The Denim sweatshirt was so small it would fit my tiny 12 year old Grandchild. They will not Refund, as stated within 15 days, will not give me address to return. They did offer to refund me $8.00 of my $100.78 purchase. Save your money and aggravation and go elsewhere.

So many issues with this company: (1) Discount was not applied and was charged a higher price. (2) Contacted company immediately after receiving receipt and they refused to apply discount. (3) Told them to cancel order and was told it was too late. (4) Received tracking info that showed it wasn't shipped until several days later. (5) Received updates from a shipping
center and tried to cancel it numerous times along the way but was ignored. (4) Received product and was not as pictured. (5) No packing slip or return information provided in package. (6) Contacted company for return label and was told I would have to pay for return. A total fraud.

I ordered a cable knit sweater skirt from a facebook ad and paid on 9/6/25. As of today, I just keep receiving bogus tracking info (shipped from Ireland, in transit at customs, sitting in Connecticut, etc). After 6 weeks, it is no closer to arriving. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My computer even warns me that their company website is unsafe.

Ordered a set of iron golf grips from them for 40 dollars. Received one putter grip. What they showed I was getting is not what I got. And they wanted to refund me 3 dollars. They told me I could return it but the shipping fee would be very costly to me. Why should I have to pay the shipping fee when they misrepresented what was being sold? Terrible. I think they are going to refund 6 dollars. Any body need a putter grip?

Ordered something from Facebook. Right after I ordered it, I decided to contact the company about the refund policy because I wasn’t sure if this was coming from China and they wrote me back and wouldn’t tell me their return policy. I told them I want to cancel my order immediately. This was in moments after ordering it. They said the order had already shipped. I did receive the item. It’s awful. There isn’t even a label inside. It’s like some thing. My kid made in third grade art class and it smells bad. I’m planning on doing a charge back on the card… I was duped

Ordered a Black Vest like top with gold buttons. Looked at the sizing chart and ordered a Medium. When I finally received the top it was much too small. I contacted the Customer Service which states they will be back in touch within 24 hours. When I did finally hear from them they wanted a photo of the package with the size marked on it. Then they said it would be too expensive for me to return and get another size so they said keep the top that is too small and we will send you a credit of $6.00.
As of today still waiting for the credit.

If I could give zero stars I would. Total rip off. Purchased through Facebook (never again), product not received. Tracking info is bogus. USPS tracking number references a shipment for free Covid test kits, not what I ordered and those I ordered directly from USPS and received a year ago. UPS tracking number shows never received any product to ship. So, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not refund my money (of course).

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered a product back on April 13th…still haven’t received…it’s June 16th! If you contact them, they say it’s shipped and they won’t refund you. They give some bogus shipping information. I am now taking legal action.

Never received product, total rip off whenever you contact them they say we have reached out to the carrier, blah blah blah. I think the people on here that say it was great are lying being paid to do so please please don’t waste your money… they are fake another rip off China bunch of crap. Ordered in April it’s June 3. What do you think anyone that says they got something and it was any good as being paid to do so.

This is absolutely the worst online purchase I have ever experienced. After a couple of months of repeated and useless emails, the tracking information says that my product was delivered to an address that is almost 400 miles away from my house. Customer support keeps telling me to go outside and check with my neighbors and my post office to see if it was delivered. They don’t understand what I’m saying, the product was delivered to another state 400 miles away from my home. They will not give me a refund. As far as I’m concerned they have robbed me of my money. You can tell by the responses I get from customer service that they really have no idea what they’re talking about. And they will not give me back my money.

Do not buy anything from this vendor. I never received the product and after at least 8 emails to their support division, I was left disappointed, frustrated and, eventually, angry. From order date to the point at which I finally gave up and assumed I’d been scammed was approximately 6 weeks. It appears that others have had exactly the same run around so I think it’s safe to assume that these folks are scammers.

Terrible. My item stated that it was delivered but I never received it. I contacted customer service numerous times, only to be told I should contact USPS, that it was no longer their problem. Upon speaking to USPS, I was told that the seller did not purchase any refund services on that label, so it was their responsibility to refund me. When I relayed this to their customer service, they indicated a refund nor a product replacement was available to me. So not only did I not get the product but they wouldn’t even refund my money.

Received this wonderful solar light after three-week wait. Beautiful, modern design with strong waterproof capability. Packaging was quite sturdy. Pricing seemed reasonable given quality. Definitely enhances the garden ambiance perfectly. Shipping could have been faster.

Great moisture retention and easy to use. Packaging could be more environmentally friendly, though.

Waiting two weeks for delivery felt a bit long, but this cost-effective fertilizer impresses with its design and efficiency. Quality seems solid. Enhancing shipping speed would certainly make the overall experience even better.
