Sadly communication from the company is very poor . Order overdue . Happily taken my money but item never received. Delivery time scales falsely advertised. Reasons for delayed time frames keep changing on their website .Would never order from this company again. Trying to get a refund is proving very hard !

Sadly I did not receive my delivery, my door number 342, dpd courier left evidence of delivering it to 97. Not even sure what street, how can this be hot do wrong, now I have no sweets for party I have planned, very discounted in both sugar rush sweets and the courier , I hope it will get rectified asap, otherwise rotten tomatoes to both, and down nearly £40 , very disappointing

Was in Suger Rush Cumbernauld on the 12th March .The Place is gorgeous staff very nice & friendly 👌 Decor is fantastic gave me a few ideas 💡 was talking to server (waiter)about place .The Gentleman that came in was the man we were talking about such a Gentleman & very talented had a wee chat while I was having my steak 🥧 which may I say was Beautiful 😍 Tea too lol 😆 Ordered a Carrot cake again as was in on Monday 10th & bought carrotcake&lemon cheese cake

Ordered some items as part of a birthday present. Order was cancelled 4 days later saying items were not in stock!!! Don’t advertise & take money for what you don’t have. Birthday present ruined. Fuming. Managed to get the items elsewhere in time so all well in the end

Me and my sister yesterday visit sugar rush pinner we had very testy curros and crepe it was really tempting top of that sugar rush staff was so helpful and friendly we served by miss rajput and boy name was rahul they have very smiley faces and customer service was amazing

Absolutely brilliant service by Sugar Rush, quick efficient and really top product too at a great price. This isn’t the first time I have ordered from them and won’t be the last.
