Sugar Glaze Bakery Avis

First time bought from this website. Got some delivery issue but it is pure Royal Mail's fault. Great communication, fast response, well packed parcel and amazing customized made macaroons. Would come back again if i need in the future.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used sugar glaze bakery! Amazing I’ll be a customer for life :)

To say this company is amazing is an understatement! From the initial enquiry right through to delivery, everything was outstanding – a true 5★ service. They guided me on exactly when to order to meet the delivery date I needed, kept me updated on when the products would arrive, and even added an extra as they were taking the place of a cake, as my daughter doesn’t eat sweet things. The care and attention to detail was incredible. The macaroons themselves were perfect - slightly crisp, light shells with a soft, chewy interior and plenty of great filling options, making them perfectly mildly sweet and nutty. I will 100% be back and will definitely be spreading the word!

Pokémon macarons were really nice. Packaged well so no breakages in the post. I will definitely be ordering again

Excellent customer care and a very pretty Easter presentation of macarons. My family was impressed!

The personalised Pokemon macaroons that Ben kindly made for my son's birthday were fantastic and delicious. Ben provided such helpful and personal service.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! Ben at Sugar Glaze Bakery is an absolute gem! Great customer service; his response time in replying was exemplary. He was so accommodating in all my requests and the macarons that were delivered to my Mums for Mother’s Day were stunning. I’m sure they’ll taste delicious too! Thank you so much Ben at Sugar Glaze Bakery 😊

Bought as a birthday gift for my partner, they are slightly on the pricey side but extremely quick delivery, brilliant customer service and the quality of the product itself where brilliant and definitely worth the price!

Lovely service and tasty macarons. Very happy son foe his birthday - as he loves Pikachu. We were expecting the macorons to have images on both sides but still super cute.
On the whole expensive but they were tasty, cute and delivered in secure parcel. So as a treat great - thank you for these
