Excellent service, lovely macarons
I brought some Lotus Biscoff macarons as a gift, the recipients said they were delicious. They arrived on time, very securely packaged and nicely boxed when opened. Great choice of flavours and options. Would order from Sugar Glaze again.

Brilliant service, beautiful presentation
Ben went out of his way to enable me to collect the macaroons from him personally, due to tight timeframes. They looked absolutely beautiful and my friend loved them. I didn’t get to taste one, but she tells me they are fabulous! I would highly recommend Sugar Glaze.

Would not recommend
The service was good, with quick preparation and delivery. However, in terms of the quality of the macarons, I am afraid these chocolate-hazelnut macarons were the worst macarons I've ever had. The biscuit was very hard and the filling was definitely missing any kind chocolate flavour.

Réponse de Sugar Glaze Bakery
Hi Valeria,
We apologize that you've had a poor experience with us. We've offered (via email) you a replacement product that will hopefully be as you expect.
We do recommend keeping our macarons refrigerated, however they are best brought to room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour before consuming.
Thank you.
Perfect macarons

An excellent experience all round Ben was extremely helpful through out I could not fault the company.
The macarons were delicious, crisp and tasty even after 4 days in the fridge. They also provided a tasty sweet treat for our food intolerant members. I would recommend this company to any one.
