I rang to enquire yesterday about getting an order by Friday as i wanted the Happy Birthday bar and Biscof Baddie for my Granddaughters birthday on Saturday, i spoke to a lovely man called Liam, he was so helpful, took my order by phone and texted me back within an hour that order was with An post, received this order this morning, this is good old fashioned service at its best. I first discovered this company last christmas and their service even such a busy time was brilliant. Their chocolate is great quality at a very good price. Thank you Sugar Plum for great choclate gift ideas and lovely staff.

Overpriced and in an era of healthy eating, talks about microbioma,reducing sugar intake and insulin resistance and advising people to read the labels I strongly advise people to read the labels when you are in the shop.yes it is a good business nothing else

Have seen ads all over tiktok about the Bueno Boss bar and was always tempted to order but just never got around to it. Had to go to Mullingar yesterday and just had to pull over once we seen the shop.
I got the Bueno Boss bar and it was lovely. I would say it’s worth the €10 as a treat every now and again.
I also got the bueno milkshake- and it’s definitely the best one I’ve had in years.
I often pass by Mullingar, will have to stop by for more milkshakes in the future.

The bars were gorgeous to be fair. ESP the Biscoff one.

When I had a query with customer service they really went above and beyond and they didn’t have to. So I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a chocolate Labubu as a Christmas present. It came broken and when I contacted the company, there was so much ridiculous back and forth on an issue that is their issue. I was told another one would be posted out that day. 4 days later and two days before Christmas I still have no order. I contacted them and the company didn’t seem one bit put out or even sorry for the poor customer service. I would personally avoid.

Great service. Lovely products. Good prices. Fast delivery. Happy with my order. I found this company on tik toc. Got some lovely chocolate bars with different flavours. Nice bit was there was two sizes small and large I liked this as u could test them without having to pay too much for them. But will be ordering again soon.

I ordered the bueno and Dubai chocolate! Honestly, they are my new favourite chocolate bars. Not only is the filling absolutely Devine, but the chocolate itself is so rich and delicious. I would recommend 100%

Where to start.. I ordered yesterday after all the fantastic reviews I saw online and the recommendations from friends. It arrived today! Had to make a cup of tea straight away :) was so excited to try! It was the most delicious, freshest chocolate I’ve ever tasted, like homemade. The texture is nothing like I’ve experienced before and just the whole experience when eating just makes you enjoy the moment. A small few of the comments here are hard to believe, a small business should be supported, we are all trying to make a living. Sometimes when you have haters, I do think you must be doing something right. Keep up the great work :) Ordered the Bueno and Dubai bars.

Chocolate was ok, nice but fell apart easily when eating making it a bit messy. It's quite expensive at 10 euro for a small bar but worth trying once. What would turn me off buying again though is the owners reaction to anyone leaving a negative review. It costs nothing to be nice.

The Dubai chocolate is really nice and delivery was very quick. I decided I would drive down to the store today and my son was delighted with picking out his sweets.

I tried the Dubai chocolate, and it was honestly the worst experience I've had with a product in a long time. It’s clear this is just a cheap knockoff of a trend, and it doesn't come close to delivering the quality or flavor it promises. The taste was underwhelming at best, with no richness or complexity.

What’s even more disappointing is the company’s attitude toward genuine feedback. Instead of taking the opportunity to improve, they responded with hostility, showing zero regard for customer input (check the owner's replies in Google Maps). Successful brands listen to their customers, evolve, and adapt — this one clearly doesn’t. If you're interested in supporting a brand that values real customer experience, look elsewhere. I won't be coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service.avoid getting Dubai chocolate over the postal service. Bar arrived with hardly any filling. Very disappointed with the behaviour of the owner. I'm not the first person who had this encounter with the owner. Offered no apology. Then put up lots of lies about my complaint.

We have been huge fans of Sugar Plum Sweetery since they opened and even more so since the new Dubai chocolate bar! They have created such a magical experience in store especially for children. My two girls love taking a trip to Sugar Plum now or as they call it “the chocolate factory” their chocolate is the best around by far and very reasonably priced for the quality of it too. They even do bars sayi bf happy birthday, literally a bar for every occasion! And the pick and mix range is out of this world! The staff are always so friendly, warm and welcoming and such a wonderful attitude! A huge credit to the staff for all their hard work it’s always so busy when we’ve been and we’ve never ever felt rushed. Cannot wait for our next trip back! Tried a lot of a sweets and chocolate from the shop in mullingar multiple times and cannot fault any of the service! Chocolate is beautiful and portion sizes are also very good! Staff in the shop in mullingar are also brilliant! Myself and my girls love visiting and will continue to do so! Keep up the good work guys! 😁

Recently went to sugarplum Sweetery and purchased their white and milk chocolate Dubai chocolate bars and their kinder inspired Dubai bar… 11/10 the best chocolate bar we’ve ever tasted!! Will deffo be back for more in the near future!.

Have ordered from here 3 times already and I honestly think the bars get nicer every time 🥰 the customer service is excellent always reply back very quick. I can’t wait for my next order already thanks sugarplum and all the team great work ♥️

Ordered the famous dubai bar after having the real one and needed more cause it was soo good and I have to say the sugar plum one tastes the exact same if not nicer!! Was really impressed and ended up doing a second order. Yes people say it can take 20 working days but it's well worth the wait and so fresh that I'd prefer that then having a stale one and being disappointed. If you're looking for a copy of the real deal then I'd highly recommend ordering the sugar plum one.

Finally got to taste the dubai chocolate bar and it was unreal 😍 definitely worth the trip from Dublin. Such a gorgeous shop and lovely staff 😍
