Gorgeous suits
We bought our wedding suits at the Newcastle store and the team were super helpful and organised. The suits were absolutely gorgeous, we got so many compliments and they even did a child’s size in the matching suit for our 1 year old. ☺️

Purchased a suit waistcoat and jacket…
Purchased a suit waistcoat and jacket for a wedding I have coming up. before ordering, I had been in contact via email regarding some questions, their customer service was top notch, speedy and very informative answering everything I needed. The products themselves are excellent and extremely well made, however did need to exchange for a smaller size on the waistcoat however this was not a problem as the process was quick and no issue at all. Great experience all round👍🏼

Liv and Kerin served us today at Bishop Auckland, they were helpful friendly and most of all gave great advice. Bought a great looking suit which the girls helped select, by taking into account where and when I will be wearing it.
It's great that you can mix and match every item, size and fit it the store. We were extremely happy with the end result and the whole experience.

Returning Customer
After buying a suit last year for my partner we knew exactly where we would go when he needed another one for a wedding this weekend.
Once again the staff helped him get sorted as he has lost weight since last time and found one that fits him perfectly. Cannot fault the suits or the staff.

Amazing experience from start to finish
My self matt and cade came in on 17/5/2026 as we had been recommended by a friend , what an amazing experience from start to finish a special mention to Iris who was amazing so professional and helpful she guided the groom and my son his best man into his dream suit iris definitely knows her stuff , we are now booked in to take my father in law and my fiancé brothers and his other best man in for there suits , so if anyone has any hesitation don’t!!! get your self booked in

Came into store having booked an appointment for our wedding, outstanding service from the start, all the girls were lovely, Emilia took our appointment and was pleasant and happy to accommodate to all the styles we wanted to try, would recommend! Very professional and great suits :)

Had a great experience in bishop Auckland store. Two ladies served me and helped answer every question.
Even helped remote size my friend whilst I was in to take something away on the day.

Wrong waist coat
Nice suit and quickly arrived. Trousers came extremely tight fitted. I also received a single breasted waist coat rather than the double breasted I ordered

Not accommodating what so ever! Was due to go shopping with my family and wanted to pop in quickly to try on 2 suits that I had already identified. I required no help as I already know my size, I just wanted to quickly pop in the shop try on the 2 suits and leave. I made an appointment out of courtesy, they were fully booked which is understandable. However when I explained my circumstance that I didn’t really need help or anyone to look after me just wanted to quickly try 2 suits on they said I couldn’t as I had too many family members with me. Expected me to only come in with my partner and leave the rest of my family outside.
Ended up going to Moss inside the metro centre, having previously bought a suit from suit culture 3/4 years ago, although more expensive you cannot put a price on quality! Won’t be shopping here again.

We were already fully booked for appointments that day you requested, so unfortunately we weren’t in a position to accommodate an additional fitting, even a quick one, while ensuring we maintained the level of service we aim to provide for all customers.

Our wedding was this weekend, and I can honestly say the suits we brought from suit culture were absolutely amazing, all the sizing was exactly what was specified, for the price you pay the quality is 2nd to none, we needed to change a couple of items and the turn around was fast and of no hassle what so ever, Suit Culture have been nothing more than professional of the highest quality and nothing was to much trouble, I would highly recommend them to any wedding party in the future.

Travelled all the way down from Edinburgh, Scotland to the Newcastle store and it was absolutely worth the journey! From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.
A special mention to Reanne, who was outstanding from start to finish — friendly, professional, and an absolute credit to the team, knowing her stuff. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
