Overall the suit was a good price, but while i ordered a 38s suit, they matched it with 32L pants, and I had to spend an upwards of $80 to get it fixed since i needed the suit imminently. I contacted them multiple times and they haven't responded.

Suit was advertised as a Lazio, received a Havana. They offered a refund, but not worth the time. Sell what you advertise.

I ordered a suit August 22. The production time listed on their site is up to 4 weeks and the shipping is up to 10 days. It is now October 3rd and they haven’t even shipped the suit to me. I emailed them and they said it would arrive at their facility October 31st and then they would ship it overseas to the US facility to be shipped to me. Which means I will not get what i ordered until well over 2 months after I placed the order. I am not the only person who has dealt with this from this company. I know of a couple of people who have run into this same issue. Their lack of honesty and disclosure about how long it will actually take for you to get what you ordered is very disappointing. I would not recommend buying a suit from them if you actually want to receive it within a reasonable timeframe. If i could give them a lower rating I would. Very disappointed.

The suit was nice but the cuff on the pants was unexpected as the pictures on the website don’t show the bottom of the pants at all. Also, the suit was not shipped in a garment bag.

I have to say, I was nervous about buying from this site. Something seemed... off. But the experience was fantastic and I'll likely do it again.

I can not sing their praises enough. Incredibly intuitive storefront, clear communication, incredibly responsive, friendly staff *and* they're eager to find or offer solutions when they can. I was worried my suit wouldn't arrive before the event I needed it for (my fault; put off the purchase for too long) but not only did it arrive on time, but in my correspondence they were interested in only how they could accommodate my needs and find a fix if necessary, as long as it was within their power.

Absolutely will be buying from them again, and again, and again.

The price was right and the suit was what I ordered.

Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 suites they took longer to produce and never received the second one …first one did not fit it has taken me 3 weeks to get anything done and still in the process of working through the issues .Cannot get anyone on phone,or to do what they say they’ll do through the few answered emails .

The material of the suit is perfect for any occasion. Love the modern fit and have gotten a lot of compliments.

Had been considering purchasing the Havana brown suit for about a year. Whether viewing it on my iPhone or laptop computer, the color it was displayed in was a dark brown. I was surprised to view a taupe suit of a much lighter brown hue than ever presented online when it arrived. Never would have purchased it had the actual color been realistically displayed online.

I have been a follower of Suit Review from it's early days. Have bought multiple suit supply pieces and now ventured into the Suit Review suits/blazers. Exceptional fabrics, cuts and fit. Very pleased and will continue to buy more in the future.

Delivery was very fast to Norway (4 days) and the blazer was new with tags asdvertised.
