Worst worst worstttt!!!! BEWAREEE DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE I SPENT £66.99 and bought 5 suits and I got a email from suitsme and sent me a different delivery of a children's suit that I did not order , they took my money as well and I have proof for that

I BOUGHT 4 SUITS OF SUITS ME ONLINE BACK IN MAY 2019 BUT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON ONE MODEL I RANG THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME BUT NOTHING HAPPENED I HAVE RANG AND SENT MESSAGES BUT THEY JUST IGNORE ME A VERY BAD COMPANY DONT BUY FROM HERE EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH AS YOU WOULD GET NOTHING FOR YOUR MONEY

They are very bad. And dont refund back u. I've been ringing them several weeks now for my refund but no refund just making up u will receive in few day's when will few day's gonna come. I wont order again.

i bought some clothes for eid. i spent over £100. returned them as the fit of the clothes wasnt brilliant. 7 wks later i am still awaiting a refund. ive rang them and emailed them and theyre giving me false promises!!!!

PLZ NOBODY ORDER FROM THEM. I CANT IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEYVE TAKEN MONEY OFF AND NOT REFUNDED THEM.

IM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS TODAY AND WILL PROBABLY TAKE THEM TO COURT.... I WOULD OF GIVEN THEM A NO STARS. AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL CLOTHES

Bought from Suits me online years ago, the order was fine no issues. The issue I am having now is that I am constantly been called by them even though I have always said I’m not interested in any sales call. When I tell the agent I’m not interested they just cut the line. In a week I have had 3 calls and still getting calls. It’s really frustrating!!!

I bought clothes online from this website and two of the pairs were wrong I sent them back on my expense they said they will refund but never did they blamed new guy for messing up my order and said they had some issues with the account department and asked me if I could choose some other clothes from there website many months went passed I used to constantly ring them text them but no reply if they did reply they would say let us check but days would pass and I would have to call them again which resulted £50 pounds in phone bills I had no choice left 6 months later I threatened I would go to the police finally my order came yesterday but £10 pounds I paid in postage never came, I just want to say very bad company if it was for me I would give them no stars they have people who don't know what they doing let alone customer service.

Hi, all these negative reviews must scare people a bit. I've been ordering regularly from the webshop and only had fairly good experiences. Price-quality of clothes is good, usually they are a bit what's in fashion, basically it's kind of the same what you'd get for the price in Pakistan. Parcel is also delivered in a few days. BUT I must say I never used their customer service or returned goods. So maybe you should be 100% sure of your order...

Agree with the other reviews - Absolute disgrace of a company. They took money from the wife and fobbed her off for months, now having had a change in ownership structure they seem to have a legal loophole to avoid paying their debts. This is a cowboy outfit who need closing down.

Do not order from these people. I have had money taken away from my account and products missing. They could not resolve it. Pure scam artists

if i could i would leave a minus. This company will take your money and never refund
we ordered two items last january. unfortunately one of them was unsuitable so we returned at our expense and asked for a refund. i have made numerous phone calls and when i finally did speak to someone they said the refund would be done within days. this never happened and all further emails and calls are ignored.
IT IS NOW JAN 1018 , NEARLY 1 YEAR LATER AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND.
I THINK MY NEXT OPTION IS A SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS I THINK THIS COMPANY THINKS THEY CAN BASICALLY TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND NEVER REIMBURSE.

DO NOT SHOP WITH SUITSMEONLINE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased four items with SUITESMEONLINE in June 2017. One item I returned for a refund of £52.97. I am still waiting for my refund. I have have been a customer for a very long time. I am very disappointed with suitsmeonline when it comes to issuing refunds!!!! Their customer service is very poor no one picks up the phone!! Their voice message say go online, but there is no way you can connect with a human being.. Have emailed them time and time again but they wont reply to my many emails.
This company should not be trading! Can you imagine how many poor and vulnerable people they have taken money from and refuse to refund it!!!!
I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standard.
CAN YOU ALSO BELIEVE ME THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME EMAILS TO ORDER ITEMS AND RINGING ME!!!!

Well, Friends I have no option but to post this recent experience...please do not shop on this Suitsme, communications is very very poor, no person to speak to at all whem you try phone. Emailed six times as they took money twice for same order but now not refunding...keep passing false promises to my Mrs. Paid through PAYPAL & reported there. Its not matter of £29.98, its principal!! This is third day or so..keep inboxing but they dont care...

I live in Denmark but have allways recieved the parcels within 1 week.

We ordered with a seller named Shiraz, and We recieved a excellent customer service. No complaints at all.

I ordered a suit from their website recently and its nearly a month now I still haven't received it. I tried emailing them but no reply and the email keeps bouncing back. I won't be recommending them to anyone.
