Tried to cancel the same day when I finally got through they said they had already sent out the notices to my creditors and I hadn't even started payment it took me 5 days to cancel and I know there is a time frame in there for cancellation they are worsome they keep repeating yourself trying to get you to stay I would not refer anyone to this Law Firm

After I gave them money to save my house it went on the market and I had to file bankruptcy the other reviewers are right Summit are scammers. I can not express are put into words the trauma these con artist have caused because even adult sights would be offended and shocked. I should have listened to atleast 10 people when they said this sounds like they are not a ligit business.

Like it was said before in the other reviews you guys are scammers you take your money and you don't do nothing for people I would have been better off just paying my debt off instead of paying you and still have to pay my debts it doesn't make no sense what kind of partners are that bad bad people you're supposed to helping me! And don't believe the third party that signs you up for us they're a bunch of liars too

They are scammers don’t sign nothing what ever they gone make you pay every month they say it’s escrow for creditors to pay the balance but it’s all lie when you try to cancel they will tell you the money you were paying every month it’s for there service not for the creditors to pay ur balance be careful

I hired these people back in July of last year of 2024. They told me that my credit was going to be fixed and everything is going to be litigated and more than likely within 12 months. My credit so far has went down to the dumps, I have paid them more money than it would’ve costed me to pay everything out, right every time they tell me they’re gonna call me back. They never call me back every time I call them I’m put on hold for an hour. Plus I told them I wanted to cancel over the amount of time allotted to cancel before the payment comes out again. I wake up this morning. They have yet took another payment now they’re telling me that I have to send an email that I have to wait two weeks by then they’ll take another payment. This place needs to be shut down. No bank account is safe with these people. and please, if you’re thinking about going through these people do your homework and don’t waste your money because I’m telling you there is several ways to repair your own credit yourself and you can do so much better. I would not trust these people with my bank account as I already have and they are still taking money out of my account unauthorized. The only thing I can think is I’m gonna have to switch bank accounts close this one down and just be done with it because I cannot keep working my rear off for them to just take money out of my account every two weeks $258 every two weeks that’s a car payment that’s a house payment and I have four kids and don’t have time for this so please don’t waste your money. They are a genuine fraud.

They approached me after numerous calls I finally gave in after explaining that I had another company steal my money after saying that they were building my credit. I expected them to do better but after 8 months and $2,520 in payment nothing was happening. My credit score got lower, I was still getting texts, calls and emails from the credit card company about my payments. When I explained that I was working with Summit they told me that they didn't receive any communication from them. I told Summit not to take any more money because I was having difficulties and I would not be able to continue making payments as I was looking somewhere to rent but they still took out the $250. I asked for a portion of the money as nothing was done and in a very detached voice the man told me that it was in the contract that there would be no refund. I'm certain that originally I was told that if there was no progress a portion of the money would be refundable. But it was never in the contract only words because they want you believing that was possible. This is a very criminal act. I'm going to take this further by sending it to the television stations and see if I justice can be done in my favor.

The same like everyone here. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS! They did not do what they said they were going to do. Did not contact my credit card companies, they have not done anything! They collected $464.00 every month for 7 months and I cut ties with them.

These clowns are scammers they got me for 8 months $308.85 and did nothing they had me set up for 18 months Don’t trust them I had to change accounts that I had for over 20 yrs I hope SCAMMER PAYBACK DELETES ALL THEIR FILES REMEMBER WHAT COMES AROUND GO AROUND CLOWNS!!!!!!!

Worst company ever will not communicate with you but will take your money they lie about returning calls the took 3 payments out in one month never had a update they lie about trying to call you they never call don’t waste 8 months like I have go with a real debt consolidation company they are not don’t get scammed like me they should be sued and I’m definitely looking in to it

I'm extremely upset with them and more than convinced they are scammers. I've requested to talk to someone with an actual law license several times, to no avail. My creditors have not heard shit from them not even cease and desist letters. I got sued and DID THEIR JOB for them by getting all the info for them just to be told it wasn't enough. They all seem to be run of the mill off the street common labor that only follows a set comments with no means of actually using their brains. No one has any knowledge of anything legal it all gets escalated supposedly. But NOTHING EVER GETS DONE. I'm talking to an ACTUAL lawyer about breaking the contract with them.

DO NOT!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! They sign you up with the impression your payments will go towards your debts. When in fact your payments just goes to them. The service they claim is to negotiate with creditors, which they dont. I was served court papers from one of my creditors and they told me to go to law office and file for continuance. When you call, you get a bunch of assistants that barely speak english. The only thing they actually do is send Cease and Desist letters. But thats about it. I sent them over $1200 and got nothing in return, my credit score has plummeted and ive been served court papers. This is a true story!! Do not do business with them!!!!

Bunch of crooks, none of my creditors have been contacted by them. Never heard of them! Cannot give me a straight answer about my case.

Don't do it they are a total scam and everyone lies it will be an American that signs u up after that all calls come from like a call center in India and all they do is lie stole almost 2700 from me did nothing I canceled my contract and put a stop payment on there upcoming payment once it didn't go thru they used another company name to get promised a refund and never gave it back watch out for anyone names Susanna or Virginia they are complete liars

SUMMIT LAW PARTNERS IS AMAZING! Best customer service hands down. They helped me with 6 of my credit card debt and all my medical bills. Only took 23 months with paying them $307 a month.
Definitely recommend them to anyone with debt.
I struggled to complete the program but since i did my credit score went from 505 to 710. Ryan was my enrollment agent.

I contacted summit law offices about handling my consolidation issues and i backed out i called thier outfit and requested them not to proceed cause things change in life and i couldnt afford to do it at this time they went ahead and took a monthly payment out of my account i didnt no who took the money out of my account i guess they use a company named legacy to withdraw funds from my account that i was unawwre of so my bank closed my account i had to get a different checking account i had to get another debit card and i had to get new checks all because this outfit is money hungry i asked them what they had done to earn that $251.00 and they said nothing that mattered i called them the day i got email asking for a refund they basicaly told me where to stick it WATCH OUT PEOPLE THIS OUTFIT WILL SCAM U TAKE HEED STAY AWAY

I have been with them for months now and nothing has improved on my credit. It’s actually worse now and the customer service is dismal and seems like they are from overseas. My case manager is conveniently ALWAYS unavailable and I can never get any documents or proof of their work.

This company is a joke, I fulfilled my contract with them. I started with 5 total credit cards they took payments for and was supposed to Settled but after I finished paying them the complete 3 years they wanted more money cause they only settled 2 of the 5. When I asked why there was still 3 owed they closed my account and sent the other 3 to collections. Now I being sued for the other 3. I payed them over $14000 when the original debt was only 12,000. But they took payments right out of my bank account. Do not do business with these frauds. They will take your money and not pay the creditors.

This company is a joke! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They stole my money after I canceled my contract and that didn't happen when I asked them to cancel it. Instead they tried telling me I agreed to push my contract back 2 months which I was very adamant about canceling when I did not! They refuse to return my initial payment that they took from my account after an hour on the phone cussing them out before they would cancel my contract..
