I received the bracelet I ordered for…my son
I received the bracelet I ordered for my son and I love it. I tried to open it but couldn't. Even though it did come with instructions on how to. So I emailed Summoraft and asked them how to open it. They were very fast with a reply telling me how to and with another photo showing me. Silly me! I was trying to open it with the lock flat and it opened sideways. They also said if it didn't come undone to get back to them and they would rectify it. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The bracelet is very easy to open when you know how 🤣 I just didn't look at the instruction photo properly. Totally my fault.

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Bought as a gift for my son, the wire snapped less than a month after I gave it to him. I contacted the company for a replacement and their customer service was more despicable than their product quality. They offered me 30% off a replacement. Will never shop here again and will warn everyone i know not to waste their money.

The mens bracelet with the Tiger's Eye stones is beautiful, unfortunately it broke after a couple times wearing it. Bracelet ordered was wrong size. Called to start an exchange and was told that they do not accept returns. I should have checked other reviews, they have been reported to BBB as a scam site. What a waste of $50! It’s engraved so I can’t even give this to anyone else!

Each of our bracelets is made to order and engraved to the exact size selected at checkout, which is why personalized pieces are marked final sale, a policy shown on the product page and in the order confirmation. This is not an unwillingness to help. Once a piece is engraved to a specific person, we are simply unable to restock or resell it.
We did want to make this right, which is why we followed up by email with a discount toward a replacement in the larger size. That offer still stands, and we would genuinely like to help you get a bracelet that fits. Please reply to that email or reach us at help@summoraft.com and we will take care of you.

I purchased the tigers eye “son” bracelet and the engraving wore off after a few times of wearing. This was very disappointing and clearly an item not fit for purpose. Please don’t waste your money on something sold as “ suitable for daily wear” The company will replace the item but it’s clearly a fault in the engraving.

Sons personalized tiger eye bracelet
I ordered a personalized tiger eye bracelet for my son. The bracelet came within the delivery timeframe quoted and I was so pleased with the final product. My son does not wear jewelry so I was not sure if he would or would not like it. He LOVES it! Unfortunately, the bracelet broke and he was pretty upset. To be clear, since he does not wear jewelry we do not think the breakage was a flaw in the design - it was more he is not used to wearing something on his wrist.
When I reached out to the company to replace the bracelet they were very accommodating and even offered the replacement at a discount.
Customer service is great and more importantly so is the product!

The words from a mother's heart were…
The words from a mother's heart were inscribed on the inside of the box holding the bracelet. The bracelet looked to be his style then they put an inscription on the inside of a few words phrase and his initials. It was a huge blessing to my heart that he liked it and said yes he would wear it. Very thankful.

My son’s bracelet was beautiful and brought him to tears. He had such a hard time getting through middle school, and this really meant so much to him. He rarely takes it off. Unfortunately it broke and he was heartbreaking, but the company is helping us to replace it and he should have it back on in no time.

Wonderful service and a beautifully received gift.
The folks at Summoraft were incredibly kind and helpful after my order had been ripped out of the packaging on my porch. Once the new one arrived, I immediately gave it to my son who was very moved by the message and the personalization. He's gone through a lot in the past few years and had a hard time talking about it. He instantly put the bracelet on and gave me a hug. I purchased this bracelet for my son who has had a tremendously difficult year and needed not just the message but the constant reminder that he is seen and loved and supported. Within a month the bracelet fell apart but I got in touch with their customer service and was offered a fair replacement option. This product is unique in that its target audience is intended for young boys and men who need the reminder that despite the pressures of society their emotions are real and need to be recognized and acknowledged. It’s not just a product it’s a strong message that can positively influence someone who is struggling to know they aren’t alone
