The item arrived is completely different from what it was advertised. Not just it’s poor quality, cheap looking, it looks nothing like photo I clicked to buy. The price is above NZ$50, took weeks to arrive, I felt being ripped off. I requested a refund via email provided in the order confirmation email, never get a reply.
They also have similar advertised on maicei.com , lots of bad review that resembled my experience.

Only gave a 1 so I could write this review ! Looks like I’ve been scammed then reading these reviews !!!! Absolutely furious with myself for falling for these crooks !!! Why on earth are they still allowed to advertise ??????? Why are they still getting away with it ??? How do these people sleep at night !!

Product is defective. After 2 weeks of being outside it rusted. Also when they came they were so much SMALLER than what they show on the advertisement. I should have read the reviews before I bought them. I bought 2 for Christmas, one for me and one for my daughter. I tried contacting the company they would not get back to me. I spent almost $100 on two of these and after two weeks they both rusted. I guess my next step would be contacting the bank and seeing if I can get my money back.

I apologise, I called you thieves but I finally got my order yesterday. Why it should take so long only you can tell! It appears complete as well.

Not worth it. Came bent as poorly packaged. Not at all like photos and does not twirl. Got refunded through visa as returning from Canada was too costly. Stay clear!!

The quality is very poor. Way over priced for the quality of the fairy whimsical garden chime. Same quality as a dollar store item. Dont waste your money.

I have tried on numerous times to unsubscribe. The link is always broken. I can't find a way to get rid of their emails. I feel like its spam! Very sad and disappointed.

Bought one last Fall. Packing was poor. Arrived bent and unworkable. Tried to mend. Semi worked. Rusted immediately. A total waste of money.

Appaling. products bear no resemblance to their advert. When I complained I was told I could send them back to ger a refund but given how dishonest the company is with advertising I have no intention of spending any more money to send them abroad.

False advertising, cheap made products. I spent nearly £70 on 3 beautiful garden ornaments. I could have cried when I opened the box. Did not look anything like what I ordered.
Sent 3 emails and not one response.

I wanted to see good reviews for this company, and what I saw must have been false. Once they got my cash, I have not heard any more - they are thieves!!!!

Was sent wrong item, told i'd need to pay to ship it to spain, before receiving a refund. Though it wasn't shipped to me from spain, came from California. Package was also damaged. The wrong item was damaged. The other item I put outside and with in a week it rusted. it was not as advertised. in fact complete opposite. Metal is not durable and almost doesn't even feel like metal. I asked them to send me their 2 yr warranty policy, he didn't. Avoid at all cost!

If I could give a 0 I would. I actually looked for reviews prior to purchase and couldn't find any. If I could give a 0 I would. Product started rusting within 4 days of being outside. Customer service is useless. They take forever to respond and I've asked for a full refund 3 times including photos etc. Don't waste your money.

Same as everyone else. Don't order anything from them as the products are not as advertised. Dancing fairies look fabulous in pictures but the item received was not what we ordered and is very poor quality. We have asked for a replacement but all they say is "Send it back for a refund at your expense".

Wish I had seen all these reviews BEFORE I placed an order with this company on 12th Jan 2022. It was a few hours after i placed an order when I saw all the bad reviews and so I sent an email to them 5 hours and 10 mins later requesting to cancel the order. In their own policies it states that after placing an order you have a 12 hour timeframe which to cancel your order and I was well within this however 5 days later they send me an email telling me my goods have been dispatched. I have emailed then multiple times informing them that I want a refund but have received no proper answer to any of my emails. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY

NEVER GO HERE! I ordered off them. I have sent over 15 emails back and forth regarding refunding it. But all they say is “Can we have your tracking number please ?” Not only that, but they misspell stuff in their emails. They never mentioned they were in China, in fact the address on their website is not actually their location but someone else’ company. I have filed for a dispute and will hopefully get my money back. But it’s a waste of time. They are just tryna steal your money and when you ask or demand a refund they delay it over and over again. They also for some reason have access to your other emails??? Do not go here!!! Also make sure you payed with Shop Pay and not their website card fill in, so your credit card details are protected! Otherwise they can steal your card info and other stuff!

Scammers !!!!!!!!!!!Do not buy from them....I ordered a cream. .I never received it and I cannot have my refund.

The products are rubbish the customer services is non existent and it impossible to get a refund. I would give it a zero if I could - please listen to this review and never purchase from this store

I ordered a fiber optic lamp and they said they sent it and they did not. They sent a false tracking number. First it said it was in Bloomingdale IL then it said it was in AZ then it said it was in NV. I live in MN so there is no reason it should have gone there. I'm very up set and the fact that Pinterest does nothing about this is disgusting. I'm done with Pinertest.

A dodgy site when you press the one you like to order they will write down the wrong order .and very unhelpful customer service they do not like to rectify their own mistakes.
