Sunglasses2u Avis 

I ordered a a pair Serengeti sunglasses on 27 Sept. 2016. According to Sunglasses2u it was dispatched via DHL on 30 September 2016. Up to now 27 October 2016, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. Ref. Order No. 525831.

Did a lot of research and sunglasses2u were great in price and selection. Decent web site to find what you want. Delivered very quickly. I had to make a return which was processed quick and easy. I did have to pay postage for the return - £3.49 (or you an arrange you own method and payment) which I didn't mind too much.

I ordered from Sunglasses2U after another company had already taken my order and cancelled it due to an advertisement they could not honor and was hesitant to try another company offering "too good to be true" pricing (especially since it would be an international transaction). I looked up reviews of the company which were all positive so I took a chance and am so happy I did! The communication was prompt, the delivery was flawless, and the product was exactly as advertised for much cheaper than I could find it locally. I highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately let down by the couriers tracking website where I could not see the progress of the order and had communications with Sunglasses2U where they answered my questions and tried to re-assure me of my order. They were right, the courier website does not help them

I am extremely happy with the product but it did take over a week to dispatch my item and that was with me contacting the company to find out the dispatch status. Communication was quick however but still took another 36hrs to dispatch my item. If the price was right, I would still use again but would be wary.
