This companies customer service is horrible

This companies customer service is the worst that I’ve ever had to deal with. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a negative review but this company is the absolute worst! You charge me for usps shipping, I’ve called you guys 3x asking for a tracking number and you can pull that up. Not to mention your workers can hardly understand English and speak it. I will truly never waste another penny with your company or partners. For those of you that need a gift card, don’t waste your time. I’m filing a charge back due to the fact they claim my card is shipped but can’t provide a tracking number. That alone tells me this company is worthless.

False advertisement

False advertisement awareness: I went to buy 2 body armor drinks at a sunoco gas station since the fridge door had a large sale sticker that said 2 for $4.50. But at the register, it rang up at the regular 2 for $6. I pointed out the large sale sticker on the fridge door, but the cashier said, "That doesn't matter. The shelf behind the sticker still says 2 for $6." I told him if that's the case, then the sale sticker is false advertisement, but he didn't care.

The gas is great private ownership of their own customer service standards. Customer for 40 years, I told him he wrote me identified what he rob me for . The private owner ignore this Defiantly and except ineptitude and discrimination as discouragment as a target to American values and how vulnerable we are to dishonest behavior at any opportunity operating above any
consumer protection law and Sunoco’s code of conduct in business ethics

Disrespectful Treatment at Sunoco / APlus on West Main Street

On Sunday, May 10, 2026, around 12:15 AM, I had a very uncomfortable experience with the employee working there. I went in as a paying customer and tried to pay using two $1 bills, with the rest to be paid on my card. The employee told me he was not going to accept the two singles.

The issue was not just that he refused the cash — it was his attitude and the way he spoke to me. It felt disrespectful, dismissive, and embarrassing. I cannot prove what was in his mind, but the interaction made me feel like I was being treated differently and discriminated against.

As a customer in my own community, I should not be made to feel unwelcome or looked down on for trying to pay with legal U.S. currency and a card. There was no respectful explanation and no attempt to handle the situation professionally.

I would like Sunoco / APlus management to review the camera footage from that time and address the employee’s behavior. Customers deserve basic respect, regardless of who they are or how they choose to pay.

I have been trying to get help with the Sunoco Go Rewards app since December 2025. During that month I spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer service and it still does not work. Since then I have been emailing and have received NO response.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. On 30/12 we stopped at a Sunoco on Northern Blvd to pump fuel. The pump used was leaking fuel so we lost some that we'd paid for. After confirming this to the clerk, we were told itd be fed back and fixed for 31/12. I contacted via the online form on 02/01 to explain the situation/fuel and money lost and am STILL outstanding a response. I am consistently told its been passed to Sunoco to align with the correct station, but haven't had any further update and its now nearly a month later. So so poor customer service wise.

I stopped by to get gas in my car I put 12.00$ in it they are holding my bank account hostage since 9:30 last night $108.00 for 12.00$ in gas that insane I called this morning and got lip service but no results I want you to release my funds now

They took money out of my acct on Aug 1…

They took money out of my acct on Aug 1 for gas twice. I purchased gas for $16 and they took it out two times. I want my money back. I count on every penny to survive. This needs to be taken care of now. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone at that gas station.

She did so many things wrong. Not that it even bothered me at first. Im 41 and have worked in every kind of customer service job at one point throughout my life. I completely understand
How rude customers can be. I was not at all.

She was chatting w the last customer that she had checked out so no greeting but looked up at me so slid my soda onto the counter. She scanned it and continued talking to the girl about being a manager at WaWa possibly. I didn’t want to interrupt and just wanted to be on my way so I when she said “$3.31” I handed her three dollars and went for the change in my pocket. When I looked up she still wasn’t even looking at me and did not have her hand out that I could see. I set a quarter and a dime on the counter softly. She repeated the total in a tone that I didn’t even notice at the time ( kinda like. I was stupid and couldn’t count or wanted something for free)

I pointed out that I had laid down 35 cents total and even said sorry cause the quarter had partially covered the dime. I then went on to say she could put the change in the little cup for people that need a lil extra. I said thank you grabbed my drink and went to walk out the door
And she yelled out, I would’ve rather had it in my f ing hand. I was caught off guard and confused so kept walking out the door.

A new customer had just walked in and I heard her say very loud loudly to the other girl. What an f ing ride B I am and how she hates ppl like me. I then stopped in the doorway and turned around and asked her to repeat herself. I told her that I promised her that I didn’t see her hand out and then I wasn’t trying to be rude in anyway, and that she was being completely unprofessional. I then asked her what her name is and she asked me what’s your name almost in a tone like she’s going to come find me or something so I tell her my name and then I ask her hers again. She still refuses and continues to cuss at me while the guy that just walked in sits there and waits to be served I realize that I was getting nowhere in this situation. I did already take it up for myself so I just walked out the door after telling her I was going to contact corporate of course.

I am really old-fashioned and I hate self checkout at all these places now but after this experience, I’m thankful for it.

Poor oversight of their branded gas stations

They do business with gas stations that abusively collect personal information they don’t need. At the location on 823 North Loudoun St., Winchester, VA, employees want a copy of peoples drivers license in order to charge a rental fee that cost less than a burger for a hand dolly that cost less than a steak to replace. A regional manager mentioned this was at the behest of Department of Homeland Security. I’m not sure what kind of nefarious garbage that person is up to. However, the CEO of U-Haul said such is not required yet they’re too bullheaded to listen to the CEO.
