They are the best people

I have had a loan with this company, the staff is great,my collateral was totaled in a car accident and the insurance paid my loan off which is great now I don't have a loan with this company and my loan has been paid off in full I don't plan to go back because I just simply can't afford the loan, glad to be able to move on

I called in to apply and was told someone would call me back. No one called. I had to call back and once I applied I was told a manager would call me back. No one called. I called the next day to just throw out the application and they said sorry you were denied we will send a letter. I’ll stick to world finance. Let me be more specific as to why i gave 2 stars. since they replied and made it appear as if my 2 stars was for my denial. I could care less if I was denied. That’s apart of applying for things. My problem is me having to call in 4-5 times not only to apply but to get the run around and finally get a response. Just for them to turn around and say hey, we reviewed your application and never bothered to call you but it’s denied and we are sending a letter. It’s ridiculous, unprofessional and a waste of time. I honestly wish I never applied after they didn’t call me back the first time. Now I’m giving them 1 star because their reply made it even worse.
