The collection service needs more organisation as I was Monday collection but then told that I wasn't down for pick up Monday. Then arranged for Wednesday pm collection and was collected Wednesday am

Prompt delivery and collection. Driver was very helpful and considerate at placing the skip. It was collected early in the morning, in fact we didn't realise it had gone he was so quiet. An excellent service and well recommended.

After storm Babet Flooded our premises on the Friday contacted Sunskips on the Monday and they delivered a skip the same day, we filled that and they exchanged Tuesday without any issues. Would recommend

The website contained all the information I needed to make the booking and was clear as to what could not be included in the skip and for how long I could book it. The online booking and payment process is quick and easy to follow. The skip arrived on the day booked and was collected promptly after it had been filled to the brim with garden waste and I had notified SunSkips that it was ready for collection.

Hiring a skip nowadays is expensive so it helps when things go well. Sunskips (Stowmarket) were excellent. Easy ordering. Next day delivery. Next day pick up when full. Very friendly and professional drivers.

We have used Sunskips twice this year and the communication is good and they drop off the skip on the day you requested without any hitches.
The staff are friendly and helpful both in the office and those that deliver the skips.
The first time we ordered a skip in the summer the driver who collected it helped me to add a few more items to the skip, as I was unable to due to recovering from an operation, which was extremely kind of them.
You often get a few days longer to have the skip, which isn’t a problem and I have phoned them up just to make sure that they haven’t forgotten us. They like to give customers the opportunity to fill the skip as much as needed. You don’t need to be in when they collect the skip as long as they have access to where the skip is.
We are very impressed with their service and competitive price. We are looking to get our 3rd skip next year.

I booked a skip to be delivered in the morning of the 22/08. By 9.30 no sign of the skip. Contacted company who then said it will be with you between 10 and 11. At 11 I contacted the company again to ask why the skip hasn't been delivered. They told me there was an issue with the truck my skip was on and they will deliver within the hour. Ive had two gardeners here doing some garden clearing. They have had to stop working because they cant dispose of the clearings into the skip and the work has backed up. Not impressed with this company's time keeping.
