Very very Good and beautiful

I am EXTREMELY DISGRUNTLED WITH THIS COMPANY. We signed agreement with them on 3/31/2025. We were told their time line to be 90-120 days but our rep said they should be able to complete the job by July 15 which was the day we were to leave for the summer but were willing to put off our trip for a week or two if necessary. Today 9/1/2025 the panels have been installed on the roof for at least 5 weeks and still no solar power after 150 days since agreement signed. Obviously our vacation plans went out the window as well.

I want others to know what they are getting when they hire SunSolar Solutions in Las Vegas, Nv. The salesman Daniel was great, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and friendly. The install guys did a great job, however watching other installs occur in my neighborhood since mine, I think SunSolar breaks more roof tiles than other companies. I then needed to call the office staff several times after giving them the specs for my roof tiles to come out and get them replaced.
The issues I have are primarily with the administrative staff and follow up performance when errors arose.
SunSolar was supposed to apply for applications with the local utility, NvEnergy.
They applied but failed to pay the application fee. After 30 days the application automatically expires. They did this twice, and had I not called the utility to get the second one reinstated, there would have been a third application. All this time wasting away was only costing me because I was not active with NvEnergy. Due to their incompetence it took three months to get an inspection scheduled. The system was up and operating nine days later after wasting the previous three months.
The other issue I had with them was their inability to get the Enphase app working correctly. After 4+ service calls for errors and incorrect data in the app, I called Enphase directly and with their help was able to accomplish what SunSolar could not do. I ended up needing to rewire and change polarity of incorrectly installed current transformers. The Enphase tech also changed several parameters the SunSolar people incorrectly had them set.
The final straw was when it came time for the final payment for their services, they are only concerned with collecting the money. They do not take responsibily for their short comings or mistakes. I felt they needed to credit me some for completing their job.
They are not concerned with customer satisfaction, just making money.
Sadly, I can not recommend them after seeing their true ways.
