The product is sold as a knitted product, but is actually silk screened print. Garbage clothing. Terrible customer service. Classic Chinese junk .

Scam. Scam. Scam. Both product and service are scams. Just stay away to avoid huge disappointment.

Terrible company, order eventually came after 3 months. The items are nothing as depicted or described on the website. Everything is printed on flat fabric. Very poor quality Halloween costume material at best. The link to start a return actually sends you to another companies website for returns that isn't affiliated with sunstara at all. This website is a scam,do not purchase from them.

Would give it a ZERO rating if I could. The items are nothing like the pictures. Cheap nylon fabric. I ordered a 2xl. It wouldnt fit my 16 yr old grandson.

I wish I saw this page before I made my purchase. Has anyone been able to get a refund from them? I’m currently trying to because, as many people have said, what I thought I was getting was not even remotely close to what I got.

Total rip off do not order from this company. Thought i ordered a lovely knitted top for my husband and paid a decent amount only i recieved a poor excuse for a garment. Cheap and printed polyester.

Purchased a viking cardigan for my wife with Advertisment showing wool stunning. My parcel turned up only to be printed polyester disgusting printing was so bad holes in pockets.i really do not recommend this website. Customer service is shocking

I am so disappointed in Sunstara. I was really looking forward to this sweater's arrival at my door but it is NOTHING like what I ordered. It's not even a knitted sweater! Its a thin material with a printed knit pattern on it. Not even the quality of a hoodie. I am sending it back if I can. I am disgusted.

Selbst 1 Stern ist noch zu viel für dieses Dumm-Verkaufen von Kunden. Kleidung ist keineswegs so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt! Minderwertig und billig hergestellt. Man wird mit toller Darstellung gelockt, auf denen ganz klar andere Stoffe eine ganz andere Verarbeitungsart zu sehen ist.
Leider kein Qualitätsstandard aus China wie man in Europa zu Recht erwartet. Eigentlich Betrug, dass so etwas vertrieben werden darf.
Keine Bestell- oder Versandbestätigung.
Erst auf Nachfrage.
Schlechteste Erfahrung ever.

Dress purchased did not look ANYTHING like the advertisement - more like a poorly sewn gunnysack with bad printing on it... please don't fall for this Seller like I did.

Ich bestellte 7 wundervolle Kleidungsstücke. Jedes einzelne davon ein Traum.
Am nächsten Tag entdeckte ich, dass die PayPal Abbuchung an eine Firma mit asiatischem Namen gegangen war. Ich kommunizierte am nächsten Tag über PayPal mit denen und äußerte meine Bedenken, dass ich weder eine Bestätigung meiner Bestellung noch
irgendwelche Kontaktadressen erhalten hätte.

Man beruhigte mich; man sei dabei meine Sendung zusammenzustellen.

Ich wartete ca. drei Wochen auf meine Bestellung und mir schwante Böses, als ich ein 1.5 kg Päckchen erhielt, in dem mehrere längere Kleider zwei Oberteile, ein Minikleid und eine dicke Strickjacke mit Kapuze stecken sollten. Allein die Strickjacke hätte viiiel mehr Platz benötigt.
Brauchte sie aber nicht.

Die wunderschönen Kleider etc. wurden nämlich unscharf fotografiert und mit absolutem Billigdruck auf richtig schlechten Stoff gedruckt. Das Gleiche war mit der superdicken Strickjacke passiert.
Betrug in großem Umfang!

Verhandeln nutzt da gar nichts. Die wollen allenfalls einen Teil erstatten höchstens 50 % ohne Rücksendung. Da ich mich weigerte denen auch nur 1 Cent zu überlassen oder Porto in diese minderwertige Ware zu investieren, kamen wir nicht weiter.

Durch den Käuferschutz von PayPal bekam ich jetzt endlich doch mein Geld zurück. Denen war die Firma auch schon bekannt.

Die "Kleidung" geht jetzt in eine Altkleidersammlung. Für mehr taugt sie nämlich nicht.

Also mein Rat: Um Himmels willen nicht dort oder in den zig anderen Firmen kaufen, die neuerdings wunderschöne Stücke mit keltischem Knoten anbietet. Es gibt so etwas nicht in billig!

Enttäuschung ist sonst zu 100 % garantiert.

This site is a scam. The product they send is of very poor quality, cheaply and badly dyed, out of focus printing and no embroidery.
Asking for a refund is fobbed off with them saying that it needs to go through different departments and will take weeks, it is then continually delayed

Bestilte en herre linskjorte i medium størrelse 26.06.25. Idag 16.07.25 fikk jeg noe som ikke var i nærheten av det jeg bestilte. Dette var ikke i nærheten av en linskjorte, men mer syntestisk dritt. I tillegg var den S og ikke M som jeg bestilte. Med andre ord så lyver reklamen som fører til at jeg føler meg lurt. En svindyr skjorte som ikke er verd pengene.
