My last shipment of gummies arrived with both seals on the jar open. I called and left a message and got no response. Very disappointed, as I've been ordering from them for years.

Product arrived damaged. Contacted company. Was asked to send pic. I sent them. Zero response
Product was in poor packaging. So since I was ignored I will not purchase again

Just one thing...
Delivery was even faster than expected, I simply wish there was a place to put delivery notes on the website, as the product I order is often shoved into my narrow mailbox and is damaged as a result. I would prefer to leave a note requesting the product be delivered to my door to avoid damage and avoid the strain it puts on me to remove the product from my mailbox.
