Be very careful using this company…
Be very careful using this company which I thought was in the UK. I ordered Oxovaflow at the end of September . It didn’t arrive until October and I saw it came via Hong Kong.
When it eventually arrived (12 days) the package contained MagnO7 not Oxovaflow.
They apologised and said a replacement was ordered and I could keep the MagnO7. I asked what was in it as the writing was very small. Initially they said they didn’t know and then someone came back and said it was the same and they would ensure it’s clear going forward. They advices me to go to the GP to check if it was safe for me.
At this point I was very concerned and asked for a refund.
They offered only 15% refund in the Oxivaflow which I still haven’t received and I had to return the MagnO7 and pay for postage - I assume to China. I said I wouldn’t pay postage ( I’m not going to use it and it’s unopened)
Yesterday I said I thought my request was reasonable and if that’s all they would offer I would have to escalate this.
So far no reply and no date for the product I ordered to be delivered.
I assume this company and product is a SCAM
