Great choices and prices and very easy ordering system
There were no communication on delivery date so after 10 days while they still couldn't confirm delivery date I cancelled order. ( Feb 20) . Promised refund. Than promised refund again early April, I launched a chargeback request on 13 Apr, and submitted this review originally on 14 Apr. On 14 Apr, my account at Superbath still shows order in process.
After submitting chargeback request and this review, suddenly received separate e-mail from Superbath to edit this review and refund processed on 13 Apr. (Feels too much of a coincidence with my chargback request). I wish they put as much effort into actually completing orders as much they put into chasing me for my negative review. I think my 1start still stands, as I didnt get the product I wanted, took me several chasing round to get the refund.

Very efficient service and value of the toilet seat buffer replacements. The shipping cost of £19.99 for four plastic buffers costing £8.39 does seem excessive unless they are delivered in a chauffeured limousine which seems unlikely! Why not put them in an envelope and post them?

I bought a product a month ago. Its arrived damaged. I have still not received a refund. Very disappointed in this company. Would not use again. Buyers beware.

A company that actually returned my call from an unanswered call & good email communication. Out sourced a product line not currently stocked under the brand & obtained an affordable price.
Yuona follow up was 100%.
We placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago. The order still hasn’t come, we tried to communicate with SuperBath but there’s no information whatsoever on where to see the delivery or what is going on, there’s no communication with them. Worst suppliers I’ve encountered.

No issues with ordering and getting the product delivered more issue with Parcelforce, superbath say Please make sure to signal (in writing) any damage to your package to the Currier when you receive it. You cannot do this as courier take a photo and leaves parcel on doorstep and does not bring inside, there was box damage but parcelforce does not care saying it not our issue, when parcel say it will be delivered and you want to change the date you can and it was confirmed with change of date but they just ignore it and send it out in the original date
Received items’ description was not sufficient so did not work plus paid £19 delivery (and they’re as light as feathers). Then getting a return label has proven impossible - 8 days on still nothing . Can’t get through on phone ….
Even though a UK website address, all in Germany so not straightforward. Never again . Plus, Amazon we’re selling these for a fraction of the cost ..

ON JANUARY 5TH '23 BECAUSE I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT SO MY 1 STAR IS FOR COMMUNICATION/ SERVICE. I AM NOT IN ANY HURRY TO RECEIVE THE VILLEROY AND BOCH TOILET I ORDERED BUT I WOULD LKE A ROUGH IDEA OF JUST WHEN IT IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED. I HAVE SENT E-MAILS AND TRIED TO REACH THEM BY PHONE AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS IN GERMAN WHICH I CANNOT SPEAK A WORD OF. I THEN GOT A MESSAGE, IN ENGLISH, WHICH SAID 'WE ARE SUPER EXCITED YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE DISPATCHED'. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DIDN'T SAY WHEN. I RECEIVED THE SAME MESSAGE THREE TIMES!!!!
I WAS THEN SENT AN E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR A COURIER I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT WITH ALL MY DETAILS, WHICH I DID. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME ONLY 2 DAYS WAIT SO FAR!!!
APPALLING COMMUNICATIONS DREAD TO THINK WHAT CONDITION THE TOILET WILL BE IN WHEN IT ARRIVES OR IF IT ARRIVES.

Every time we were chasing you, you where ignoring us till we send you official complain. I hope no one make such a mistake with ordering anything from your company. I wouldn’t buy even toilet paper holder.

I had placed this order on the 10 days ago but still waiting for my goods.
I emailed the company but didn’t receive acknowledgment.
I am still waiting for goods and refund.

Ordering was easy, and the price considerably lower than other UK offers I've found. Looking forward to delivery of my order.
Ok to order from them but only if not in a rush and if the discount to a local provider is significant (which it usually is). I found it impossible to get through by phone but customer service are responsive and very helpful by email. Unfortunately, their statements on delivery times are completely useless, my 7 days turned into one month. I think it’s due to the logistics provider they use, which is odd, given their crazy delivery charges. Doing it close to Christmas probably didn’t help. In the end everything arrived in perfect condition (I’m sure having to return it would have been a nightmare). And to be fair I have had similar issues with UK based firms.
Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I will use this company for everything I need in the future. I am a property developer and I know what I like and I like this company
