In particular, I would like to commend Sammi-Lee Jordan for going above and beyond in looking after me throughout the process, a nice personal touch in this very impersonal age!
The whole process from start to finish was easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to complete.

Picking up my new bike today, hollie B was absolutely fantastic! Patient,helpful and generally a pleasure to speak to.

Sammi from superbike loans was great and handled everything well, easy from the get go. Went through everything with me and helped a lot with what was needed to do.
