SuperBullet AI owners have absolutely ZERO support.

to get this out of the way first and foremost, SuperBulletAI has ZERO support. they have a discord but its a mess in there, and the Owner himself @Froredion, keeps telling people in the general chat, that they will not be answering to any support tickets unless they have to do with problems, refunds or i forget what the last thing was, but that in itself is broad and also vague. because everyone is having problems, but he goes into the chat and tells people they will close tickets, and only respond to specific ones, again, he doesnt expand on what specific problems. yet the chat is full of people having such problems with no one to respond on how to fix or get around said problems. i myself didnt have such problems i ran across something else, created a ticket and didnt get a response for over a week. theres only 2 people who seemingly have access to the tickets. he has no support team to help people using his AI, and at the same time, seems to not bother trying to get any supporters to help him troubleshoot for people to fix their problems. and just today, 5/28/2026, he made it so NO ONE can see any channel anymore, including the support channel and general channels. SuperBulletAI is a deadzone, its a money grabbing scam at this point. they refuse to help anyone, unless it has to do with refunds, and even then im not sure if theyre looking at those. do not use superbulletAI. theres a lot of information thats not given or written down anywhere for the public to see, such as, how many tokens are consumed for one prompt, how many tokens are consumed for the AI to write out an answer to that prompt.

i stumbled upon superbulletai, i tried it out, and at first i liked what i saw, it being my first time using AI, (never used chatgpt even) i figured this is pretty nice, it was writing a roblox game for me. but the free 150k tokens i started with wasnt enough, so i caved and bought a $20 subscription, which gave me 11million tokens, it had a little Early access bonus that would give 30m or something, when it LEFT early access, so you wouldnt see a single one of those bonus tokens until AFTER they decided early access was over and then gave you them, which lets be honest is pointless. why bother hoping for that bonus when you dont know when early access will end? shouldnt that kind of bonus be given right then and there? anyways. i bought the pro $20 subscription which offers 11m tokens per month. i used all 11 million in just a few days. 11million is NOT enough, OR maybe it is, its hard to tell when the consumption has no rhyme or reason for what its being used on. again, how much does it take to send a prompt, and how mmuch does it take to give a response to the response. it got hung up on some of its responses, often writing its thoughts out to the user before giving a written response. after some time, the ai / chat gets big and laggy, and responses start taking 2-5 minutes or longer for it to think, and then write out an answer. both being separate actions, the thoughts take a long time if youve had the application open for an hour or so and using it the entire time, then the answer it gives after the thought takes just as long if not longer to type it out. at first its fast, then becomes slower and slower. after trying out and using chatgpt, i learned that the AI doesnt delete/stop loading the entire past chat, so it just eats more and more memory til u open a new chat, or restart the application. its great at first, when you dont understand much about the program/software, but once you get into it and start using it, you stop seeing the shiny gold programs edges and modern looking window, and you start seeing the real problems. it looks fancy and cool at first, but when you use it, and then go to the website/discord, you then see, its not at all what its touting itself to be. its not abandoned, but its not being upkept at all. the discord itself is a great example of this. i joined expecting not a very lively server, but at least something with more life than it actually has. when i got in there, there was an appalling amount of messages, like, there were a few, but they werent all recent, they were from months or even a year ago. as in, the server was practically dead with someone popping in here or there every once in awhile. the general chat, had some decent message history, being pretty recent, but it was full of people begging for help with issues of running superbullet, and absolutely no one jumping in to help out. not other users, because they were also at their wits end trying to get their issues solved, and especially not the admins/moderators of the server.

tl;dr, Creator/owner of superbullet does not have any support or help to help people using the AI who has all kinds of problems, and blocked discord from everyone who joins now. has no support team at all. only himself for refunds. which is telling of how bad it is.

I'm an ex support of this developer team. This guy is an outright liar. He promised nothing but false advertisements and guarantees to the community.

- Lies about sales - Eventhough there's been more refund tickets.
- Lies about quality - I've seen more negative responses to the AI than the free models that I recommend people.
- Lies about update time - Keep promising to improve the community after receiving funding but kept ignoring users.

It could barely function as well as free Claude and ChatGPT, it's pointless to use this since it utilizes a very old framework and for most modern game developments, this is just bad practices. DO NOT BUY, IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER PLEASE ISSUE REFUNDS.

The developer is outright lazy and barely develop this software anymore. Either way, don't support him.

I wanted to share my experience so…

I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I paid $20 for access and only attempted to use a single template that came with a built-in prompt. Unfortunately, the installation process repeatedly failed. Each failed attempt still counted toward usage, and after multiple retries, this resulted in over 7 million tokens being consumed—without ever successfully getting the template to work.

What made this more frustrating was the response from support. Instead of acknowledging the repeated installation failures, the issue was attributed to the prompts I used—even though they were standard prompts generated with ChatGPT and aligned with typical usage.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but the combination of failed setup, excessive token usage charges, and lack of accountability made this a disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution, especially if you're concerned about unexpected usage costs or relying on templates to work as advertised.

I hope the company improves both the reliability of their tools and how they handle customer concerns going forward.

Adds a lot of scripts, but nothing actually works

I was really disappointed with SuperbulletAI.

The website makes it sound like the AI can understand your full Roblox project, work with your existing code, and build complete systems like combat, UI, animations, VFX, and more. That was not my experience at all.

It added a lot of ModuleScripts to my project, but none of the important systems actually worked. I didn’t get a real infinite zone system, no properly working enemies, no real weapon system, and no complete gameplay loop. It felt more like a lot of scripts were being inserted into the project without being properly integrated.

The only thing I could really see was a health and armor UI, but even that did not seem fully functional. I’m not even sure the health display was updating correctly when taking damage.

What frustrated me most was that instead of fixing or improving existing scripts, it often seemed to delete scripts and rewrite them without solving the actual problem. So even though a lot of files were added, the project itself did not really improve.

I started with 50 million tokens, and all of them were used up, but in the end not a single important system was properly working. That is the main reason why the whole experience felt like a scam to me.

I also want to be fair: I would not really recommend Lemonade.gg either, because it is expensive and has its own problems. But based on my personal experience, it still performed much better than SuperbulletAI.

I’m not even a real developer. I’ve made some Roblox games before, but all of them were with help from ChatGPT. I have basically no scripting knowledge myself, so I used SuperbulletAI because it was supposed to help with exactly that. Instead, it burned through all my tokens and did not give me one properly working system.

Based on my experience, I can’t recommend it.

Horrible

Horrible. You tell the ai a prompt and it says that is is has completed it when all you get is the same baseplate world you started with. Does not work whatsoever and dropped 20m coins on it to get nothing out of it. Contacted owner and he did nothing about it saying “I’ll give you a complimentary 1m tokens”

Has a long way to go

Tried to make something which has simple mechanics. Overly simple compared to what was advertised and no matter what method I tried using , ai Simply kept doing more than what I asked for.istg I tried everything. Barely managed to make what I was looking for for around 3m credits . Maybe the tool works great for other ideas based on the reviews I ve seen here but definitely doesn't match my necessities . I ve worked faster and easier on the exact same stuff with free models. I was hoping to be able to have more of a polished version using superbullet.
Debug wise 10/10, but has a long way to go. At one point it was stuck in a loop saying something doesn't work and approving itself.
Also some que feature didn't activate because it was on super agent mode only but that was literally what I was using.

A Masterclass in False Advertising — Please Quit AI and Stick to Animation.

If you want to see what happens when flashy marketing meets zero actual functionality, look no further. This ‘AI’ tool is basically a parade float: looks great from a distance, completely hollow up close. The demos show a magical system generating full features in seconds, yet the reality is more depressing than funny — it’s just pre-made Marketplace scripts and recycled templates glued together and sold as innovation. ‘AI’? Sure, and I’m the CEO of Roblox.

The moment you try anything slightly different from their staged demo, the entire thing collapses. Ask for a dialogue system? It spits out random parts, half-finished objects, or nothing at all. Ask for edits? It ignores you like you’re talking to a wall. The tool can only function when your request perfectly matches whatever template they hid behind the scenes. So yes — the whole thing works… as long as you never leave their pre-recorded script. Truly revolutionary.

Meanwhile, Roblox Assistant — a tool everyone jokes about — somehow outperforms this. And that’s saying something. Roblox Assistant might not be perfect, but at least it:
• actually writes code
• actually responds to edits
• doesn’t pretend to be something it isn’t
• doesn’t hide marketplace scripts behind smoke and mirrors
If Roblox Assistant is a bicycle with a flat tire, this app is a cardboard box with wheels drawn on it.

And ChatGPT? Not even comparable. You can generate functional systems, debug logic, iterate code, and get actual explanations that make sense. Everything this app pretends to do? ChatGPT can genuinely do. The difference is one provides actual intelligence, while the other provides a theatrical performance hoping no one looks behind the curtain.

It’s almost impressive how wildly the marketing overshoots the truth. ‘Strongest Roblox AI’? Please. It’s not even the strongest tool in its own UI. The product feels like someone downloaded random Marketplace assets, tossed them into a blender, added a loading bar, and hoped the word ‘AI’ would distract everyone from the cracks. Spoiler: it doesn’t.

Honestly, the developers should just quit AI altogether. It’s not their lane, not their strength, and certainly not something they’re ready to deliver. Switch to animation — genuinely. Animation plugins, tutorials, rigging tips, anything that doesn’t involve promising features you absolutely cannot generate. At least then the content might actually reflect reality instead of pretending to be something groundbreaking.

To summarize: This isn’t an AI tool. It’s a template recycler masquerading as innovation. Roblox Assistant and ChatGPT are miles ahead, and they don’t even need to try. Save your time, your sanity, and your expectations. This is one of the most misleading tools I’ve ever tested.

As a complete newbie to making a Roblox game and using AI to do it... I tried the free model for SuperbulletAI and tbh 2-3 prompts a day then my 'tokens' are all gone and I can't use AI for another 24 hours. Only get 6.66 days worth of tokens a month... yeah it showed potential but the free model is a complete waste of time for a total noobie.

Making gui and loading screen

I have heard about superbullet ai, and i can't wait to try it, it's hard making complex scripts for gui, loading screens, and even main menu, but superbullet ai appeared like a damn bullet, this ai made my work easier and sick, but the main problem was only the token, it runs out easily. But the whole program was good after all.

Real opinion

I’m someone who dislikes empty praise and misleading ads, and I’m very detail-oriented—so I’ll be blunt. I decided to try the program. I’m new to Lua, and what the program promises sounded very compelling. I made a usage plan, reviewed the monthly token allotments across tiers and the daily limits, studied the guidance on commands and integrations, laid out the requirements, split the work into tasks, and then tested it. The results were shocking on several levels.

First, the value delivered by the program is literally zero. It’s clear the concept and implementation were built on an unrealistic vision (predefined “tracks”), but in real work the program makes things harder, not easier. Even if you give it, say, 11 million tokens, you might need twenty times that to get anything done—and it would still fail in the end. I tried giving the program multiple chances with different approaches, but every outcome was deeply disappointing, with no success at all. The only thing it excels at—spectacularly—is burning through tokens without mercy.

There’s a far better alternative by a wide margin: ChatGPT. And not just the standard version—ChatGPT Plus, which effectively has no usage limits. I fed the same tasks that Superbullet AI couldn’t handle into ChatGPT, and the results were outstanding. So I think investing in this program is a serious mistake. I know it’s still early days for it, but the end result felt obvious from the start.
