As anyone who has been in a situation where a loved one can no longer fully care for themselves knows, it can be very difficult to know what is best for them. Supercarers is such a lovely, personal company who use their own experience to help others in a similar situation. It is very reassuring to know that they actually care that our loved ones will get good, reliable care from their carers. Any emails, advice, etc that I receive from Supercarers always relates to their own experience, which I find comforting and reassuring. The carer they have provided for my Grandmother is fantastic. My Grandmother loves her too! We are now looking to increase the hours of care for my Grandmother and are in the process of finding an extra carer through Supercarers, as we wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere for one!

We found SuperCarers online and made our first booking with them last week to support my husband who has MS. We were very happy with the service from the whole team. The booking process was easy and the team kept us in touch about the carers they had in mind for this assignment. We had the opportunity to speak to the carer before the date of the booking, which was very reassuring. The carer was punctual, efficient, cheerful and very good company. She looked after my husband very well and coped with our large dog. We would not hesitate to use SuperCarers again or recommend them to others. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Daniel was great at coordinating and arranging for Rolly to visit my Grandpa. Rollywas absolutely fantastic. A real "supercarer", her bedside manner was impeccable and she was attentive, caring, interested and genuine. I can't recommend Rolly high enough. Management team and carers excellent, and they work closely with us to provide the best possible experience for our relatives. It's so frustrating when your dealing with a company who don't get back to you when they said they would. It's especially annoying when your trying to plan care for a relative and as they are elderly they are even more anxious to know what is happening and when.
I really appreciated the way the team worked to always let us know what was happening and when.
