Superdrug Avis 

Went into Superdrug in Mexborough for some new aftershave and, being an old man, I was a bit confused about which one to treat myself to.

Charlotte came over and showed me a few different ones and helped me pick a nice one out. She was really friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel like a complete dinosaur.

She also told me the toothpaste was only 95p on offer, which is even cheaper than Poundland! You can’t complain at that price.

Amrita from the croydon centrale store has excellent customer service skills, she greeted me with a smile, offered a basket and helped locate several items I couldn't find

You won't want to have to see the manager in Burnham -on- sea, Somerset!. I had to get a refund & she certainly had an attitude & didn't 100% know what item's can be returned!?.

I went to the Preston Superdrug to return an item that was faulty and the backlash I got from the so called manager (John) was absolutely disgusting and that was when he finally came out of his office! He practically accused me of using the faulty item and then started to argue with me in front of staff and customers. He then came out of the store to me to carry on his verbal abuse it was very unprofessional of this individual and also embarrassing. So I won’t be going back there.

Yesterday during a medical emergency requiring a close friend of mine to attend A&E in the nearest Hospital - my friend is a pensioner like me and also has some Special needs that he requires support with.
Before heading for A&E my friend was very stressed about not having his medication which needs from the nearest Superdrug store - which is in Folkestone Kent being unable to walk my friend asked me to sort it out.
I went to the Folkestone Superdrug and explained to the young pharmacy staff member Sarah that my friend needed his medication collected - checked and an update on the meds not yet in stock and whether the antibiotics were also included.Sarah was calm- reassuring - and able to competently resolve all the issues that were causing my friend anxiety
I was a Senior Health Manager for many years so I can vouch for how well Sarah was able to deal with a challenging situation while being polite and efficient - 10 out of 10 to Sarah Superdrug Folkestone.My friend and I applaud you.Superdrug

I made a large order (over £100)to Superdrug. This was damaged during the delivery process and my courier (Evri) told me to contact Superdrug for a re- order or refund. The 'live chat' option is useless (obviously AI) and I am none the wiser several days on. I made the same order to Boots and the order is on the way via Royal Mail.

My wife lost her health &beauty card, website was not helpful at all,you have to use web chat which was a waste of time. We went into the Sittingbourne shop today explained the situation, Zara and Sadie were the most helpful people you could meet. Zara was able to find our last transaction last week and could give us the old card number so we can go to the store get a new card and transfer any balance. She was also able to tell us the email address we gave many years ago was one we no longer in use that's way we couldn't log in, she changed it to our current email. We can't tell you how refreshing it is to find people going the extra mile to give excellent customer service. Well done Zara and Sadie

I ordered some items online but the order was cancelled due to the items no longer being available 😳
Promised a refund within 3-5 working days it’s now 9 days and I’m having to email Customer Services because you cannot speak to a human , they are asking for a screenshot of my bank account to prove I have not received my refund, absolutely appalling service
I certainly will not be ordering from Superdrug again
