Exceptional services
We've been clients of Superfinancial for almost 4 years now and we consider them a great choice and a great support, they are professional and reliable, they offer a great variety of services and we've been using more of these services in the past two years. I believe that some of the greatest assets they have are some brilliant people from their team. I recently had to sort out something very important and visited them in the Leyton branch, and Ms Georgiana Nitu, the branch manager, was simply amazing (well, I didn't know from the beginning she is also the branch manager and I don't think this is the reason why she was so amazing when helped me sort out my big problem, on the contrary: she must be the branch manager because she IS so amazing); she simply stands out.
I already knew, even from our very first telephone conversation, that the lady I was speaking to must be a remarkable person and when I met her, I was not disappointed, she was absolutely wonderful: kind, polite, extremely intelligent, very patient and a problem-solver, proactive and treating the Customer (myself) like they were at least Coca-Cola or Nike! :) (Well, yes, I am a kind of obsessed with great Customer Service and I noticed this immediately, she delivered it exceptionally). So, truly 5 stars to Superfinancial: for their great services and for having such amazing people into their team! 5 stars to Miss Georgiana Nitu too for using her wonderful personal qualities and education to deliver such exceptional service and Customer Service! Thank you indeed!!
