i had placed an order for 2 christmas SWEATERS from their website and what i received was a paper thin shirt and far from the woven sweater that they claim is personally printed and sown... i contacted their customer service for a return and they claim there is a no return policy (which they fail to mention on their main site or in the purchase details). the only time it is mentioned is once you click on their "return/Refund" page. i made a claim through paypal and seconds later paypal notifies me that the seller made a claim against me... this website is false advertisement at it's finest and they clearly love scamming people. also it is 100% mass produced cheap garbage that was shipped to me from china. the person contacting me timestamped their emails 12 hours ahead of me which is china's time zone... how stupid do they think we are

I ordered Cyborg varsity jacket and I am unhappy as the quality of this jacket is cheap and it looks much different than it did on their website. Waste of money and ofcourse they have no return/refund policy. Not shopping here again.

Negatives: The shirt arrived after 3 months of waiting even though site says 2 weeks, they lied about where the shirt is coming from it is not based in the USA its in China, ordered the shirt in the smallest size and still came out too wide, the shirt looks straight out of wish.com. charging $30 for something you just printed the same image on the back and front with the back being distorted isnt love and care. Dont trust the reviews here the site isnt worth the time its Wish.com merchandise .

They dont give refunds and dont waste time they will not give it to you no matter what. They tell half truths to trick customers so please just buy from somewhere more trustworthy and with refunds,

At first the size was difficult but after speaking with customer service I was very satisfied.

My concept was a design i had to describe seeing as i didnt have a sketch for reference and it was better than i was imagining. Their service is very quick and their responders and very polite. Above and beyond.

Despite their claim that orders are processed within 24 hours, 10 days after placing my order for a hoodie it was still "In Process". It was only after I wrote to complain that it moved along. And they claimed the delay was because every item is "hand crafted from scratch" and "tailored". Bulls--t. "hand crafted from scratch"? There site lists thousands in stock. "tailoring"? It's a basic "Men's Small" hoodie like you'd buy in any Target store.
Even more importantly, when I checked the status of my order, THE PICTURE HAD changed. The "Marvel Captain America Avengers III Uniform Costume Hoodie" now is a completely different thing that what I bought.
So glad I took a screen shot of what was showing when I originally placed my order. But despite that proof that they sent me something I didn't order, Superheros Gears has refused to take it back or offer a full refund.

Responding to Superheroes Gears response:
None of your claims make sense.
1) If my order was processed the day I placed it then why, 10 days later, is it still "in process" rather than something like "awaiting shipping".
2) I notice how you've backed off your claim they are "made from scratch" and "tailored". Again, that they are standard sizes shows how bogus your "tailored" claim is.
3) You did NOT offer a full refund. That's a lie. Closest you came was the vague "Let us know when it arrives and we'll arrange something."
4) Notice how you have completely ignored the biggest issue: YOU DIDN'T SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED. Why are you failing to acknowledge that. Why would you expect me to pay anything, even return shipping, for something that wasn't what I bought? Send me what I ordered, and then we'll "arrange something" about paying you for it. Until then, the entire charge will remain disputed.

I ordered spider sweater for my boyfriend and he really loves it! The customer service response quickly! will order again soon.

They make you custom shirts if you send them a design. Also good quality shirts.

Yea, so far, superheroes gears customer care team were very efficient and precise towards my concerns. As I've purchased their custom design services a few weeks back, they were very informative in giving me the steps I needed to do to purchase a custom-designed shirt from them.

After that, they told me that they will be working on it and will send a sample of the design within the day. I thought at first that this going to take a while before I received any word from them but to my surprise, they did email me back along with my custom design and it was amazing, it was like everything I've imagined prior to contacting them, from there as well, I was able to purchase it immediately. It just felt really convenient.

Once I've placed my order, the shirt came about 2-3 weeks? (Somewhere around that) and it came with no issues! The shirt felt really good and it fits me perfectly, on top of that, my design request's quality was absolutely great! So kudos to these guys!

Recently bought a Wonder Woman bedding set and I'm very satisfied. I really love the design that I chose.

They accommodated my emails regarding the shipment since I'm not really into online shopping (because of the rumors about scammers online). But, they proved me wrong because my transaction went smoothly.

I have purchased a marvel hoodie and joggers, and I'm delighted with the quality of the fabric. The customer service responds well and fast on my tracking inquiries. Kudos to Kevin for giving excellent service. Will order again!

A Great site if you are looking for Super Hero Merchandise. The quality is good and I'm going to order again soon. I'm going to give a Hoodie for my friend in his birthday next month. Hope to keep those good stuff coming.

The site is captivating with a lot of marvelous products for gamers and fantasy lovers.
However, I bought a hoodie for my son; get a very thin hoodie of very poor quality fabric for 55 bucks. On aliexpress you can have similar low quality hoodies for less than 10 dollars.
The hoodie has no labels, no the care one nor the fabric one.

It is not a legitimate US website by it is a stuffify variant. AVOID to shop here!

Do not trust all the reviews for Superheroes gears: they indeed offer a 10$ to everybody who write a review on sitejebber.
