I was looking for a lightweight summer long sleeved T shirt and having found one, I ordered it by phone. During this conversation, I mentioned to the assistant that what would be really good for very hot, full sun days, woulh be a white, long sleeved T shirt with a good level of UV protection, something I hadn't found in the online catalogue. Lucy, the assistant, immediately understood what I was looking for and promptly directem me to the appropriate garment. Having ordered, I was kept informen of the progress of my order and was advised when it was ready for collection. All this happened very quickly which was perfect as I was going to use it on what, I hoped, was going to be a fortnight's holiday of sun. Storm Floris reduced this to 9 days of sun but when I did have the need to use it, my new T was very effective. Great products and great service from very knowledreable staff. Then again, having used the company for 20 years for personalised printed and embroidered tops, it's what I've learned to expect from Superlogo.
