Bought on 11/26 and paid extra 250 for 7 to 15 day shipping definitely #1 mistake #2 mistake it came fed ex 12/19 but it was supposed to be delivered after 6pm they came at 3pm then rescheduled for next day delivery I lost 1000$ in pay to be here for 2nd day they didn’t knock just stuck a sticker on door I have video footage the signature required isn’t helpful this is a joke unless you can afford to sit on your porch all day do not buy from this company

Disappointed

I ordered 2 dolls at $1299 each on March 21st 2025. They emailed me stating that one of the dolls that I had ordered was not in stock, they apologized and offered a few different in stock dolls to replace the one I had ordered on March 22nd. The suggested ones were all of lesser quality and at the $899 price point. I looked through the in stock dolls and set a picture of the replacement that I wanted which was the same $1299 as the original one I ordered. When I checked out the address that populated was my home address and I wanted them shipped to my studio. I also selected air transport and paid $50 for the faster delivery. 
I emailed them on March 23rd and asked for the address to be updated. I received a prompt response stating that they had updated the address and the replacement one that I wanted was in stock and they would ship it out right away. 
On March 25th I received notification that my first doll had shipped. 
On March 26th they state that the two will be shipped separately and that they will communicate that with me as it happens.  All has been great until this point minus the annoyance that the doll I wanted was not in stock when it stated it was, as well as the suggestions of taking a lower quality doll. 
On March 26th I check the delivery tracking information and notice that it is being shipped ground instead of air. I emailed them back and asked why when I paid for air why was it being shipped ground. Well, emails from them only come in between 1-3am my time, which is understandable as the company is located in China. So, while I wait for a response I am looking over the order and spot that the first doll is listed as ground and the second as air. Understandable since I paid just the flat rate of $50 so I understand that paying for one priority does not get both shipped priority. So, I email back stating that I see the second one is air and that works for me. I received this email in response which I found a little condescending, but with the language barrier I just wrote it off.  
On the 31st of March I email them and ask for clarification that the second doll is in stock overseas. 
They responded on April 1st stating that yes it was and that they will arrange shipping, but it may take a week to arrange. 
On April 2nd they state that the body is in stock but not the head for the second doll. They then sent another list of recommended replacements. Not very shockingly all the suggestions were all back in that lower price point and lower quality similar to the first sugestions. I responded with a replacement from the in stock list that I would like. The new doll was $100 more which I offered to pay the difference. 
On April 3rd they responded to inform me that the replacement doll I had picked had been sold and was not actually in stock. I responded on the 3rd with a list of 4 acceptable replacements ranging from $1199-$1499. They responded stating that the most expensive one was in stock. I responded right away stating that I am happy to pay the difference. 
On April 5th I sent another email asking to move forward. 
On April 7th they responded stating they were happy we came to an agreement on the doll and as soon as they receive the $149 difference they will ship the second doll. At this point I was a little frustrated so I stayed up all night in order to communicate in a quicker fashion, so on the 7th they sent an invoice which I paid. They responded stating they had received the payment and would be sending the doll. Our last communication on the 7th was me asking to confirm that this doll will be shipped via air with no response. 
I received a shipping notification for the second doll and on the 10th of April I went to track the package to find out this one was also shipped via ground and would arrive on April 14th. I took screenshots of the shipping info from FedEx and sent it via email asking why it was sent ground and what happened to the $50 I spent for shipping at 1:07am. At 5:36am I received a response offering me a $70 discount code. At 8am I responded stating that I did not have anything else to buy and that was not acceptable and that I wanted a refund. At 8:16 I sent another email stating I planned on leaving this review. At 8:19 I received the most generic email stating that they have taken my feedback and have implemented changes to hopefully regain my trust. Not only did this email address a bunch of things I did not complain about, but it listed all these fixes that can in no way take 3 minutes to fix, such as improving their relationship with the factory. This was clearly a lip service email, and I found that extremely insulting. As you can see, the email is a copy and paste as to how they reply when someone leaves a bad review online. I have a lot more to say, but am limited here to the length of my review. I have screenshots of all our interactions, but trust pilot does not support them.

Low quality dishonest Vender. BEWARE

I ordered an Aibei tpe doll (in stock) and a special-offer torso with a self-sucking function for $100.
(total $799.00)

The doll arrived alone. Although it resembled a real Aibei, it is definitely a fake. The first thing that catches your attention is the low-quality, cheap and noisy skeleton.

The worst part is that the cheaper TPE material used started to rip and tear after 2 weeks of moderate use. The material is so low quality that it does not hold up, or respond to normal repair methods.
It took several cleanings at first to remove the pungent smell of the low quality TPE. The breasts were not gel as advertised.

I had to contact them to send the torso, which was never shipped. When they sent it, it was not the one advertised. I contacted them again to send the correct one. They said it was out of stock.

You will never speak to a representative of this company, the best you will get is text messages on WhatsApp or maybe emails. HOWEVER, rest assured, when you ask for a refund, they will immediately stop contacting you and ghost you!

Later, I sent a random email request to take photos of an Irontech 156cm doll with soft silicon head (that was advertised as "in stock"), & requested that they include, in the photo, a piece of paper with my name & the current date.
They sent generic photos of a wretched looking fake Irontech doll, and wrote, "sorry, I don't have a pen & paper. But be sure to quickly order your doll!".

The slight positive, was that he $100 mini torso was surprisingly fun and soft, and has a rigid, fixed, double metal rod spine.

Bottom line, if you're looking for a decent looking doll that you CANNOT use (for fear of damaging it) and a cheap mini torso (that you can use while LOOKING at your $800 counterfeit doll)... then search no further! You've found the perfect vendor!!

P.S. I'm curious to read superlovedoll's response to this review... I bet they'll focus on how much I liked the cheap, mis-shipped mini torso... and not on how they're lying and blatantly using false advertising to sell counterfeit products. Good luck out there.

please read

seems great. good quality, packaging is strong and sturdy but my points of notice are a few small marks that got molded in to the skin. the included wig is one step above trash so i will decently be buying my own. i will say if your not fit these might not be for you, I'm in good health and work out but the weight and strength of the joints are no joke(do keep in mind i am only listing the bad things so everything not listed is good or better

Overall very satisfied after a month

Doll: 6YE "Tammy"
Summary: Because of a few (mostly minor) issues, I don't feel I can give a full 5 stars, but I would give 4.5 if I could.

Good:
- Being able to see the doll before shipping. Mine was originally made with the wrong color for areolas and labia, but they were able to correct it very quickly.
- Customer Service (see previous point) - very responsive to my concerns
- Removable vagina and head make cleanup simple (at least for those two openings)

Not ideal, but nothing to be done:
- While not as heavy as an actual person, the doll is still quite hefty and can be a bit of effort to move around and position

Not ideal, but improvements might be possible:
- Mouth opening angles upward at 40-45deg. I suspect this is because of the skeleton preventing a more realistic angle from being sufficiently deep. Maybe the skeleton could be redesigned to split just above the neck so that the mouth opening could be at a realistic angle?
- Body Heating power supply cord is a bit short, and having a 90deg plug at the end would be helpful so that the doll can be heated while lying on her back without putting stress on the cord/plug.
- Body Heating is uneven. On my doll, the lower right thigh can get to the point where it feels the TPE flesh is starting to melt while e.g. the butt and breasts are still cold.
- pubic hair - would be nice to have color options

Great dolls and great customer support!

They make excellent dolls - I have purchased multiple dolls of different types from them, and I have been *very* pleased with their quality and beauty. I recommend using whatsapp to communicate with them, because they offer real-time and close-attention support if you have questions or issues. Their English is very good too, which is not usually the case for this type of company. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first choice if I ever decide to buy another doll.

A Totally legitimate Doll Vendor! Trustworthy!

I ordered a Doll they had on a really good sale during last Christmas her name is Lanry on their site. I already own a few dolls and wanted to expand my collection. When I saw the Really good deals and the good reviews here on Trust Pilot I decided to take the chance and buy from SuperLoveDoll. I'm really glad I did as she arrived today and looks very beautiful. Here are some review points for her:
Pros
She is exactly what she looks like in the Factory photos they sent me. Ever seller uses Misdirecting/heavily edited pics to advertise dolls most of the time the doll looks much different in person which is fine with me. I understand how the doll market works and the one I received is still beautiful. She is a really tall slender sexy blonde doll with full jelly breasts and really nice jiggly in the Breasts and a little in the Ass. I measured her thoroughly and all the measurements they provide directly on their website are 1-1 accurate which is very nice to see. Some Vendors like to lie about measurements which is really annoying but not with SuperLoveDoll totally trustworthy and her skin is so soft and light which I really loved about her.
Cons
My main dislike with the doll was that she came with a lot of body lines (slight deformations) this means she was sitting in a warehouse for a very long time (months to a year) I know this because this happened to my dolls I own after a few months sitting in a box in storage they get really bad line deformations on their bodies other doll owners know what they are. But this isn't SuperLoveDoll's fault this is a natural occurrence in TPE dolls annoying but I learned to live with it the doll still feels very nice it is just unpleasant to the eyes when it is super noticeable.
Final Evaluation
Overall I am really happy with my new doll from SuperLoveDoll they reply fairly quickly before the purchase through email or text. So ask for factory photos first before purchase! For the price for Doll that they sell them I can totally justify the dolls shortcomings. If you measure your expectations correctly you won't be disappointed you get what you paid for so don't expect a 2000$ super detailed doll when the price is much lower than that. Overall I am super satisfied with my purchase and am super happy to start of this new year with my new beautiful doll I ordered directly from SuperLoveDoll. So don't be afraid to give them a try from a fellow Doll owner I highly recommend them and will most likely buy from them in the future again!

The doll is amazing, i was shocked at how realistic it looked and how soft it is. Her body twist all kinds of angles , it was a great choice for a good price. Its worth everydime, first, time buying and i am so happy. The best of the best
