Have tried for 2 days to order a mug they advertise and website will NOT let me even put it in basket ... so WHY advertise it!

Communication is slow and poor. They used MyHermes to deliver who apparently delivered the item through the letterbox , good trick that getting a mug through a letterbox ! Suffice to say I haven't... Voir plus

A little nervous initially. Went through an ad on Insta to order a key ring my wife from the kids.
Saw some of the reviews here and was concerned.
Item arrived today and looks great in a cute pouch. Ordered on Monday evening and arrived today (Thursday).

Can't praise this company highly…
Can't praise this company highly enough. Ordered a custom mug and due to a sudden change of circumstances, didn't need it anymore. Sent an email asking if it was too late to cancel the order, and it was but they gave me a refund anyway when they totally didn't have to. A company that knows brilliant customer service creates more repeat customers.

Ordered 11th feb paid 1st class for delivery for a present. I'm still waiting .
Emailed twice with one response saying it was on it's way. Has anyone been able to speak to this company ? Before I report to fraud team at my bank.

I’m a mug for ordering from this…
I’m a mug for ordering from this company. My order hasn’t arrived as yet, its now over 2 weeks late ....customer service finally replied to my emails with this “Really sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused you.
I have followed up with my superior and this is what he told me:
"This should be resolved today and hopefully all the customers will receive their mugs as soon as possible."
We will dispatch your mug as soon as we can, thank you for your patience and understanding. I replied informing them “my understanding” was that I paid for 1st class delivery which ensured that my order would arrive for a gift and now the date has passed.....they didn’t reply. Terrible way to run a business

Still waiting for my order to arrive, ordered 18th Jan 2020 (it's now 1st Feb!!) Really annoyed as it was meant for a birthday present, but too late now. Contacted Supermug, who gave me some rubbish reply about a 'factory malfunction'. I'm still waiting!!!!!
