Very disappointed
First my 24 hour delivery didn’t arrive for 10 days and after I found out that the phone didn’t have contactless pay facility on it which it is stated to have. I have emailed 5 times now asking for an exchange or a refund and nobody has returned any of my emails. Very disappointing.

Hi. We have emailed you back a number of times and have not recieved a reply. Your delievry was attempted by the post office next working day but nobody was in and you collected it 10 days later.
Great experience and great price
They were communicative about some changes to my order and asked if I’d rather have a refund instead of a different colour of phone etc and it was delivered incredibly fast. The product I received works as intended and was well below market price. Very satisfied with my order!

I was looking to replace my old…
I was looking to replace my old mobile.. did a bit of research on models and prices then looked around for best price. Found superphonedeals ... called them to confirm they were legit ... visit helpful on the call and totally reassured about buying from them. Phone arrived a few days later as expected... Great service and would use again... recommended them to my daughter!
